TS-1 Promotions announced that it will bring the Combate Americas television series to Odessa, Texas for the first time ever with a stacked lineup
Among the new matchups announced today for the show was a women’s bantamweight co-main event between Brenda Gonzales (9-4) and Marilia Fanta (3-0).
The show airs live in Spanish in the U.S. on both Univision (12 a.m. ET) and UDN (12 a.m. ET), and in English in the U.S. and Canada on DAZN (11 p.m. ET).
In the main event between two exciting, rising stars hailing from opposite sides of the border, Enrique Gonzalez will collide with Alejandro Martinez.
“Headling the show will be the return of former bantamweight champion Jose “Pochito” Alday, who will square off with Irwin “The Beast” Rivera.
The flagship show will mark Combate Americas’ entry into a third country and second continent with its live event series that has been garnering momentum.
The former UFC light heavyweight champion has ended his retirement once more, landing with his third different promotion since 2017.

The historic event from Los Angeles’ Galen Center features 10 female fights live on DAZN and airing on both UDN and Univision.
The 25-year-old Enriquez of Tijuana, B.C., Mex. will make her MMA rules debut under the promotion of Combate Americas on a fall date to be announced soon.
Her investment comes as part of a $20 million equity infusion from a powerhouse group of investors that also includes several others.
Promotion also added several other bouts to the event, which airs on multiple networks and streams live on DAZN from Stockton, California.
