OK everyone, it’s time for your Pop Culture Pulse daily update in the world of entertainment! Today, we’ve got the biggest star in the world Taylor Swift sticking up for her friend Lady Gaga – we’ve got John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s NYC loft for sale for BIG bucks, and, perhaps most surprisingly, we have rapper 50 Cent taking Capitol Hill by storm!

Let’s run down these stories quick:

John Lennon’s Loft for Sale in NYC!

If you’ve ever wanted to live like a rock legend – nay, THE rock legend – now is your chance!

Before his untimely and tragic murder, John Lennon shared an epic loft in NYC with Yoko Ono. They bought it in 1971, right after the breakup of the Beatles.

This Soho space is just incredible.

We’re talking 14 foot ceilings, people. In NYC! The only catch is, you might need to be a rockstar to afford it.

If you want to live like the king of the Beatles, it’ll cost you $5.5 MILLION!

But seriously, how cool is this?

Tay-Tay Sticks Up for Gaga

Next up: You may have seen the rumors flying around that Lady Gaga has a bun in the oven.

Not so, says the “Paparazzi” singer. She shut down those rumors quick, with a funny post saying “not pregnant – just down bad cryin at the gym”!

But Gaga wasn’t alone. To her rescue came none other than, oh, the biggest star on the planet!

Taylor Swift has Gaga’s back, saying it’s nobody’s dang business whether or not Gaga is preggers.

Specifically, she said, “Can we all agree that its invasive & irresponsible to comment on a woman’s body. Gaga doesn’t owe anyone an explanation & neither does any woman.”

Girl power, thy name is Taylor Swift!

50 Cent Storms Capitol Hill

For our last update of the day, we have “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” rapper 50 Cent shedding his G-Unit image for a suit and tie.

At the United States Capitol building!

50 met with a whole host of Congressmen, as he was there to talk about black representation in the alcohol and music industries – both of which where the rapper has a rather big footprint at the moment.

But what really caught people’s eye was the – possibly – flirtatious nature of 50’s meeting with Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado. She even dropped a “21 Questions” reference!

We won’t know for awhile whether or not 50 was successful in his first attempt at lobbying, but hey – at least politics was fun and interesting for once!
