It’s heating up, which means it’s almost festival season. But the only festivals we care about are the ones full of country music. Let’s take a look at the most anticipated country music festivals that this summer has to offer so you can plan ahead.

Country music festivals have dominated the summer for years now, and rightly so, with their great vibes, amazing music, and atmosphere that’s welcoming to all. Grab your boots and a cold drink and make your way to some of the best festivals this summer.

Starting off strong with the best country music festivals you need to add to your calendar for the summer is Country Jam, which runs from July 17th to July 19th. And with headliners including Cody Johnson, Bailey Zimmerman, and Luke Bryan, you don’t want to miss out. Other performances include Flatland Cavalry, Cooper Alan, Tracy Lawrence, Rodney Atkins, Diamond Rio, and Ashley Cooke.

Clear your schedule for the Under the Big Sky festival, which arrives at Whitefish, Montana, from July 18th to July 20th. The music-fuelled weekend returns to Big Mountain Ranch with an iconic lineup including Tyler Childers, Mumford & Sons, and The Red Clay Strays.

Rock the South is another July festival that should be added to your calendar if you want all things country rock. Located in Cullman, Alabama, it’s safe to say that the lineup is one you don’t want to miss. From headliners including Nickelback, Hank Williams Jr., and Kid Rock, you’ll surely get a feel of the perfect blend of genres. Along with these iconic names, you’ll also see 3 Doors Down, Gavin Adcock, Clay Walker, and Treaty Oak Revival.

Headwaters Country Jam is next on the most anticipated Country Music Festivals of the summer. From July 24th to July 26th, kick it with amazing performances from Koe Wetzel, Dwight Yoakam, and Flatland Cavalry. The three headliners will be joined by some other amazing names, including Treaty Oak Revival, The Mavericks, and Tucker Wetmore.

Located at Laketown Ranch, Sunfest Country Music Festival has a great lineup of some amazing artists. The festival is from July 31st to August 3rd, and includes Jordan Davis, Bailey Zimmerman, Brothers Osborne, Tim Hicks, Sawyer Borwn, Ashley Cooke, Chase Rice, and more.

Towards the end of the summer, we have some great performances you don’t want to miss. From August 1st to August 3rd is the Watershed Festival located in George, Washington. This festival features everything country with amazing headliners like Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, and Bailey Zimmerman. Along with them are even more country stars, including Zach Top, Tyler Hubbard, Nate Smith, and more.

Another one of the most anticipated country music festivals at the end of the summer, from August 7th to August 9th, is the WE Fest. Located in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, you can see top-of-the-line country stars, including HARDY, Jon Pardi, Cody Johnson, Megan Moroney, Kip Moore, Ian Munsick, Treaty Oak Revival, and many more.
