The New Additions to Dune 3
Dune 3 is getting two new cast members.
Ida Brooke and Nakoa-Wolf Momoa are slated to join the third installment, portraying Ghanima and Leto II, respectively. These are the twin children of Zendaya and Chalamet’s characters and hold major roles in the franchise.
Brooke previously appeared in two episodes of Apple TV+’s science-fiction series Silo. This is Momoa’s first film appearance, but you may recognize him as the son of Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet.
While in Part Two, young Alia Atreides wasn’t born yet due to production decisions, the twin children Ghanima and Leto II are too important to cut out. Each character will play an important role, and it will be interesting to see how these new actors take charge.
The casting is also a promising sign for production beginning this summer.

These include Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Florence Pugh, Rebecca Ferguson, Anya Taylor-Joy, Javier Bardem, and Josh Brolin. Jason Momoa has also confirmed he will be returning as Duncan Idaho.
There have been rumors and reports that Robert Pattinson is in talks to play a new character, possibly the villain role of Scytale, but nothing has been confirmed.
What is Dune 3 About?
While the first two Dune films were based on the events that take place in Frank Herbert’s first Dune novel, the third film is different.
The last in Denis’s Dune trilogy is confirmed to be an adaptation of the second and more controversial novel in the series, Dune: Messiah. The novel takes place 12 years after the events at the end of Dune: Part Two.
