There are some things money can’t buy. A Johnson and Johnson heiress proved that money hasn’t bought her class or dignity after she was caught kicking her horse in the stomach.
Heiress Jazz Johnson-Merton was participating in the Hampton Classic Horse Show in New York earlier this month with her horse Joe Cool. She was caught on video attacking her horse after she fell off him.
Chris Wynne witnessed this from the judge’s booth. Wynne described it by saying, “She got up, lost her temper and tried to kick the horse in the stomach.” After being kicked, the horse tried to run away from Johnson-Merton.
Julian McPeak, director of marketing and communications for United States Equestrian Federation said they are aware of Johnson-Merton kicking the horse and are investigating the situation. Video of the horse being attacked by the well-known heiress is below.
She apparently believes she can get away with any type of behavior she wants. If she treats her horse like this in a very public place, how does she treat him behind closed doors? Joe Cool is her prized possession and she kicked him in the stomach for everyone to see! How did she treat him when he returned to the stables?
This is rather alarming and leads to concern about how she treats other animals as well! I wouldn’t have blamed the horse if he kicked her back!
Johnson-Merton is the great-granddaughter of Johnson and Johnson founder Robert Wood Johnson.
Share this if you think Johnson-Merton should be banned from competing with horses!
