Everyone wants to feel safe at home, though some of us can’t afford fancy security systems. But, you don’t necessarily need one.

YouTuber Phil Crockett shows us how to make an extra lock from a fork. It’s pretty simple too!

I wish I had known this when I was renting an apartment without a dead bolt. My landlord wouldn’t let me add one on, but a fork could have served the same purpose without compromising the door.
