A new trailer for the upcoming football horror movie Him has just been released. The combination of the two genres has fans giddy with anticipation, especially because it’s being produced by mastermind Jordan Peele.

Jordan Peele is known for his amazing work with Nope (2022), Get Out (2017), and Us (2019). And while he’s not directing Him, fans can’t wait to see his latest work. The movie will instead be directed by Justin Tippings, responsible for Kicks (2016).
The psychological sports horror movie Him is set to hit theaters in September, and the new trailer provides fans a look at the wild ride they’re in for. The movie stars Tyriq Withers (Atlanta, Tell Me Lies, and I Know What You Did Last Summer) as Cameron Case, an up-and-coming young football sensation who gets the opportunity to train with Isaiah White, played by Marlon Wayans (White Chicks and Little Man).
Things quickly get unsettling when he realizes that his coach’s methods are unorthodox, only progressing the movie in a crazier story.

The trailer is truly terrifying, but Him promises more than just violence. The movie also shows the theme of fame’s allure that turns dangerous, the risks of blind idolization, and the cost of ambition.
Along with the two stars, the movie will also feature Julia Fox (Uncut Gems), Tim Heidecker, Jim Jefferies, Naomi Grossman, GiGi Erneta, Norman Towns, Maurice Greene, Akeem Hayes, and Tierra Whack.
The upcoming horror movie Him is set to release in theaters on the 19th of September this year.
