Vanna White, 67, has been accused of looking “unrecognizable” after she was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills, California with no makeup on.
White Looks ‘Unrecognizable’
White was photographed running errands on Sunday. Daily Mail reported that she was seen “without her typical glam make-up and voluminous locks for her low-key outing. She looked drastically different as she threw her hair back in a ponytail and wore a cozy sweater and jeans paired with winter boots.”
“The star appeared to be casually running errands, carrying a package in her arms as she hopped into her car,” The Mail added. “Fans usually see the presenter don a glittering gown with bold, bouncy curls and a full face of makeup that gives her a youthful glow.”

White’s Origins On Wheel Of Fortune
White has been co-hosting Wheel of Fortune ever since 1982. She was chosen for the job out of 200 other auditionees after Susan Stafford left the show in October of 1982.
“I auditioned along with [1975 Miss USA] Summer Bartholomew and [former model and author] Vicki McCarty,” White told Parade back in September. “It was between the three of us, and Vicki is actually a good friend of mine and the complete opposite of me.”
“She was a brunette, spoke so clearly, and she was prim and proper and just perfect. And I was so nervous when I auditioned, I just thought, ‘There’s no way I’m going to get this job,'” she continued. “My knees were shaking. My mouth was quivering. I just could hardly do it. I wanted the job so bad. A week or so later, Merv made the final decision. I found out the day before Thanksgiving in 1982 that I got the job.”
White went on to talk about what her audition entailed.
“I got dressed up in a pretty dress, and I walked out, and I did my twirl, and I turned the letters, and then, of course, Pat and I spoke at the end,” she added, referring to Pat Sajak. “After I got the job, I asked Merv, ‘Why did you choose me?’ And he said, ‘You turned the letters better than anyone else.'”

White Didn’t Retire With Sajak
The rest, as they say, was history. Indeed, White and Sajak hosted Wheel of Fortune together for 42 years before he returned at the end of the last season. When asked why she didn’t retire with Sajak, White simply replied, “Because I enjoy it.”
“I love coming to work,” she explained. “I love watching people win…I love changing people’s lives. There’s a lot of stuff on TV that is so dramatic, and this is a half-hour of family fun and escape from so much. It’s such a positive family show. I love being part of that. So I’m not ready to leave.”
“Everybody chooses when it’s time to retire, and that’s his choice,” she said of Sajak. “I wasn’t ready to retire, so that’s why I’m continuing on.”
These days, White is co-hosting Wheel of Fortune with Ryan Seacrest.
“It’s going well; it really is. Ryan is a professional,” White recently stated. “We all know that he’s well-liked. He’s a kind person, he’s down-to-earth, and he’s hard-working. He’s doing a good job.”
White has yet to respond to Daily Mail’s claims that she looks “unrecognizable.” Here’s hoping it does not get her down too much!
