The pop star Taylor Swift was left confused and probably more than a little embarrassed on Sunday night when the Boo Birds rained down on her parade at the Super Bowl.
Now, Swift’s fans are firing back to defend her – by claiming that the boos came from “insecure men” who have “fragile egos.”
Swift Get Booed – Swifties Respond
Swift, 35, was in the stands at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday watching the Chiefs unsuccessfully take on the Philadelphia Eagles. When Swift’s face was shown on the jumbotron, however, she was visibly shocked and uncomfortable as the stadium erupted into a sea of boos.

Afterwards, Swift’s loyal fans, who call themselves “Swifties,” rushed to her defense. Indeed, they blamed the booing on “insecure men with fragile egos.”
“Blondie had stadiums packed with people cheering her on and chanting her name ALL OVER THE WORLD!! A couple of insecure ‘men’ with fragile egos booing her … will never change that,” one social media user commented. Another claimed that those who booed were “threatened by her presence.”
“Taylor Swift pissing people off for just existing… WE LOVE YOU QUEEN!!” a third Swiftie wrote. A Fourth commented, “Taylor Swift is now the FIRST and ONLY artist in HISTORY to make grown man angry by simply existing and breathing.”
While we don’t have poll numbers to prove it, we doubt you could find a single person in America who is offended that she is alive and breathing. Sounds like major cope!

Kelce Felt ‘Helpless’
Kelce, 35, was reportedly left feeling “helpless” as he heard his girlfriend getting booed by much of the stadium.
“Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed and he felt helpless. Seeing the look on her face got to him,” a source close to Kelce told Daily Mail. “He always protects her and it broke his heart. He was already having a tough night and the fact that the stadium was predominantly Eagles fans didn’t help. Travis knows that this hurt her and anyone can see this.”
It turns out that Eagles fans may have something of a personal vendetta against Swift, who was born in Pennsylvania. A much more plausible explanation than the feminist one, most like.
“It’s clear to many that the Eagles fans feel she is a traitor of sorts – being from Pennsylvania and even wearing Eagles gear prior to dating him,” the insider explained. “After Taylor being shut out for a Grammy and Travis losing the biggest game of the year it just hasn’t been a good week for them. But he knows that even though this is not a happy ending to the season having her love gives him so much joy.”

Things Get Worse For Swift And Kelce
Meanwhile, after the booing, the night only got worse for Swift and Kelce. Indeed, the Chiefs were handily defeated by the Eagles by a score of 40-22.
Swift managed to bounce back from the humiliation of being booed enough to comfort her boyfriend after his loss. A source close to Swift told Page Six that the singer “knows how hard” Kelce has “worked all season and was thrilled to be at the Super Bowl to show her support.”
“Taylor knows Travis took this loss very hard but she couldn’t be more proud of him regardless of the outcome,” this insider added.
One thing is for sure, and that is that Swift has one of the most loyal fanbases of any singer out there today. In the end, haters might want to think twice before messing with Taylor Swift!
