Last week, we reported that Pamela Anderson had confirmed that she is dating her Naked Gun co-star Liam Neeson.
Cain Talks Anderson Romance
Cain, 59, told Variety that while his six month romance with Anderson, 58, was “hot,” it didn’t take long for it to fizzle out.
“That candle burned hot and short,” said Cain, who is best known for playing Superman in the TV series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
Cain and Anderson dated just after she became a household name thanks to her hit show Baywatch in the 1990s. While he has “fond memories” of their time together, Cain also believes that they were looking for different things.
“She wanted to be with the rock-star kind of guy, and that’s not me,” he explained.
Both Cain and Anderson have had high profile dating lives. Though Cain has never married, he’s dated famous stars like Brooke Shields, among others.
Meanwhile, Fox News reported that Anderson “has been married five times, with her first husband being Tommy Lee. She had a short marriage to Kid Rock, then married Rick Salomon, divorced him, and married him again before they split for good. Her most recent marriage, to her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst, ended in 2021.”

Anderson Dating Neeson
Last week, Anderson confirmed that she’s dating Liam Neeson, 73, who she starred with in the new Naked Gun movie.
“It’s a budding romance in the early stages,” a source told People Magazine. “It’s sincere and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.”
The insider went on to say that Anderson and Neeson are “enjoying each other’s company.”
During a recent SiriusXM Town Hall event in New York City, Anderson admitted that she was “nervous” to meet Neeson when they started filming this movie.
“[I was] nervous to meet [Neeson], of course and you’re always nervous the first day on the set,” Anderson confessed.
Thankfully, it didn’t take long for Anderson to win Neeson over with her incredible baking skills.
“I brought sourdough bread to Liam and cookies and muffins and it kept me busy,” she recalled. “Kept me outta trouble… It’s a very special [muffin] recipe. It’s very good for you. Let’s just say that.”
Neeson chimed in to say that Anderson’s sourdough was “phenomenal.” He added that her muffins featured “a lot of bran.”

Neeson Weighs In
During this same event, Neeson admitted that he was charmed by Anderson from the moment he met her.
“Well, you know, we had never met before and I remember thinking: ‘Wow, she is gorgeous,’ but she had this wonderful sense of silliness and just humanity about her,” he recalled. “I don’t want to blow her head up, but it was like I just felt an ease with her, you know, and we discovered a silliness with each other, which was terrific, you know?”
As for Cain, he appears to be single these days. If he’s not, he’s keeping whatever relationship he has private.
Cain and Anderson have long been known as two of the classiest stars in Hollywood. That’s why it comes as no surprise that they both once dated. While it didn’t work out for the two of them romantically, we wish them each the best of luck in the future!
