There are tons of celebrities who brutally despise not only President Donald Trump, but also his entire family. However, none hate them more than the one and only Rosie O’Donnell.
Now, O’Donnell herself is admitting that her own friends are begging her to “disconnect” from politics. Indeed, it seems that even those closest to O’Donnell have had enough of her Trump derangement syndrome.
O’Donnell’s Friends Beg Her To ‘Disconnect’
O’Donnell, 63, told The Washington Post that she “can’t resist” speaking out against Trump. She then admitted that she promised her therapist the Wednesday before Thanksgiving that she would refrain from posting about Trump for two days.
Hours later, however, O’Donnell’s pledge fell apart.
O’Donnell’s longtime friend Jennifer Kopetic was described as “annoyed” when she told the comedian during a recent visit, “Roseann, you’ve got to detach. You’ve got to disconnect.”
This led to O’Donnell making another promise to her social media followers, this time saying that she would refrain from posting about Trump for three days. She stated that she was “gonna try again to not give him a minute of me.”
However, O’Donnell failed miserably in that attempt too.
O’Donnell confessed that the emotional spiral that she’s currently on began immediately after Trump was elected for a second time.
“I felt on the verge of crying … when he got elected,” she stated.
O’Donnell went on to say that she feared what she believes is the Trump-era hostility toward LGBTQ Americans. She was also afraid of the potential of the gutting of federal funding for special education programs.
O’Donnell channelled this anxiety into over 200 digital portraits of Trump on her iPad, labeling him “Moron,” “Loser” and “Liar.” Her “obsessed” focus on Trump is what led to O’Donnell fleeing America and moving to Ireland. O’Donnell’s brother Eddie described this as being “the best decision she’s made … honestly.”
O’Donnell Flees America
O’Donnell fled America with her 12 year-old autistic, non-binary child after Trump won his second presidential election. In a recent interview with the former CNN host Jim Acosta, O’Donnell admitted that her obsessive hatred for the president has rubbed off on her child.
“My daughter is now saying, ‘Damn him. Damn Trump’ and smashing her hand on the table,” whined O’Donnell.
“And she said, ‘He made us move in order for our own safety. And it’s now, he’s destroying the country,'” she added.
O’Donnell went on to claim that she did not “want to give” her obsessive defiance of Trump to her child.
“Somebody can tap me out, you know?” O’Donnell lamented. “I did 22 years. I don’t really need to do [it] anymore, and I don’t want my kid to be so affected by it.”
If you didn’t “want to give” your child your anti-Trump obsession, perhaps you should stop ranting about the president so much, Rosie. Indeed, it’s clear that President Trump lives rent-free in O’Donnell’s head.

O’Donnell continues to be living proof that Trump derangement syndrome is very real indeed. Here’s hoping she finds a way to get some treatment for that as soon as possible.
Good riddance, Rosie O’Donnell!
