Prince Harry is finally speaking out to address claims that he got into a “physical fight” with his disgraced uncle Prince Andrew.
Harry Responds To ‘Physical Fight’ With Andrew Claims
Harry, 40, is desperately trying to shoot down claims made in a new book. In it, it’s alleged that Harry once got into a physical altercation with Andrew, 65.
“I can confirm neither of those things are true,” a spokesperson for Harry’s team told People Magazine. “Prince Harry and Prince Andrew have never had a physical fight, nor did Prince Andrew ever make those comments about the Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry.”
Harry’s team issued a statement of their own confirming that they are already taking legal action.
“Such are the gross inaccuracies, damaging and defamatory remarks made in the Daily Mail’s story. I can confirm a legal letter from Prince Harry’s counsel has been sent to the Mail,” they said.

Claims About Harry And Andrew
This comes in response to explosive claims that were made in the new book Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York. The book is set to hit stores next week. In the book, it was alleged that a “heated argument” between Harry and Andrew broke out at a family gathering in 2013. This alleged argument was reportedly over “something Andrew said behind Harry’s back.”
According to the book, the argument between uncle and nephew escalated to the point where “punches were thrown,” leaving Andrew with a bloody nose.
In another section of the book, it’s alleged that Andrew once questioned Harry’s relationship with his now-wife Meghan Markle. Andrew was accused of calling Meghan an “opportunist” and speculating that the marriage would never last.
Last week, Daily Mail published excerpts from the book, which was written by author Andrew Lownie. In them, it’s alleged that tensions had been building between Andrew and Harry for many years.
It’s also claimed that Harry’s estranged older brother Prince William, 43, has been trying to push Andrew out of his residence at Royal Lodge behind the scenes. Lownie alleges that William has privately expressed disdain for both Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, 65.
Andrew’s Epstein Claims
With this book, Lownie takes a deeper look at Andrew’s past ties to the late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Indeed, his past friendship with Epstein has made Andrew a controversial figure as of late.
Andrew stepped down as a working royal in 2019. This came after a disastrous Newsnight interview in which he tried to explain his friendship with Epstein. Unfortunately for Andrew, however, this interview backfired, as it only made him look more suspicious. He was subsequently largely stripped of official royal duties. In the years since then, Andrew has been laying low.
Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals in January of 2020. They then moved across the world to Southern California, where Meghan was born and raised. Since then, Harry has been largely estranged from the royal family as he and Meghan have bashed them in books, interviews, and docuseries over the years.
Whether the specific claims made in this book are true or not, it wouldn’t be surprising to learn that there’s no love lost between Harry and Andrew. In the end, after everything that has happened to them both in recent years, it’s unlikely that Harry and Andrew will be reuniting anytime soon.
