Last month, we reported that the Oscar-winning star Nicole Kidman and her country music star husband Keith Urban had separated after 19 years of marriage. At the time, insiders were claiming that Kidman was desperately “fighting to save her marriage.” They also alleged that she’d felt “blindsided” by Urban wanting to separate.

Hours later, however, Kidman, 58, officially filed for divorce from Urban, 58. This came amidst rumors that Urban had already moved on with a “new girlfriend.”

As Kidman continues to try to pick up the pieces after this split, she decided to attend a Sabrina Carpenter concert this week. There, she shockingly found herself being “arrested” for being “too hot.”

Yes, you read that correctly!

Kidman ‘Arrested’ At Concert

On Tuesday, Kidman attended Carpenter’s concert in Nashville, Tennessee. During the show, Kidman became the latest celebrity to be “arrested” by the 26 year-old singer before her song “Juno.”

“Oh my goodness,” Carpenter said as red and blue lights flashed on the white walls of her stage during the concert. “I expected to find love, but not my soulmate. What is your name?”

Kidman then appeared on the stage as she stood front and center watching the show.

“Nicole,” the Moulin Rouge actress replied.

“Nicole, where are you from?” Carpenter asked. “Oh, you’re from Nashville. Originally, you’re from Australia, but you live in Nashville, which means if things work out between us, then I guess I’m moving to Nashville.”

Kidman could be seen mouthing “come on” as the audience burst out laughing.

Carpenter Makes Her Arrest

Carpenter went on to ask if Kidman would “do the honors of being (Carpenter’s) one and only ‘Juno.'” This was a reference to Carpenter’s viral bit that involves her “arresting” celebrities for being “too hot.” Indeed, other celebrities who have been “arrested” include Drew BarrymoreAnne Hathaway, Corey Fogelmanis, Gigi Hadid and Emma Bunton.

Kidman was quick to agree to take part in the bit, flashing a smile and waving. Carpenter then handed her a pair of pink fluffy handcuffs.

“Well, you know what they say about Nashville? We come to this arena for magic,” Carpenter said as she teased the sketch. “We come to this place for magic.”

This was a reference to Kidman’s line from her AMC commercial that has now become iconic online.

Afterwards, Kidman took to Instagram to post video of her “arrest.”

“Thank you @Sabrina Carpenter for arresting me,” Kidman wrote in the caption. “Call me when you move to #Nashville.”

Kidman’s Difficult Divorce

This appears to have been a much needed pick-me-up for Kidman after a difficult few weeks. She shocked her fans when she filed for divorce from Urban on September 30, citing “irreconcilable differences” at the time.

Unbeknownst to the public, Kidman and Urban had secretly separated back in June. At the time, Urban moved out of the family home and into his own residence in Nashville.

“Keith has moved on and has been open with Nicole about where he stands,” a source close to Urban told US Weekly last month. “The two had grown apart quietly over time. By the end, the decision to separate was more about acceptance than surprise.”

As for Kidman, she reportedly spent the entire summer desperately trying to save her marriage, but to no avail.

“She didn’t want this,” a source told People Magazine after Kidman filed for divorce. “She has been fighting to save the marriage.”

We’re glad to see that Kidman got to have some fun at Carpenter’s concert this week amidst all of this heartbreak. Please join us in saying a prayer for Kidman as she navigates this new chapter of her life!
