Over the past few months, rumors have been swirling that Barack and Michelle Obama are heading for divorce. These claims allege that Barack and Michelle have been living “separate lives” for quite some time.
Yesterday, we reported that Michelle interviewed AirBNB CEO Brian Chesky on her IMO podcast on Wednesday. Now, Michelle is being hit with backlash after listeners found that she was noticeably flirty with Chesky. Indeed, this has only added to the rumors that she and Barack are splitting.
Michelle Gets Flirty With AirBNB CEO
Michelle, 61, kicked off the podcast episode by seemingly showing her interest in Brian, 43. She did so by revealing what she would do if she were “a single girl.”
“You know, I have to say Brian if I’m a single girl out there and I find out that Brian Chesky is single and I could like stay in his house -,” Michelle began
Michelle’s older brother and podcast co-host Craig Robinson, 64, quickly stepped in to try to save his sister from embarrassing herself any further.
“Here she goes, right to the relationship,” Craig stated. “Brian you don’t have to feel pressure.”
Brian, however, seemed used to this kind of flirty comment from Michelle.
“Her and her husband have tried to set me up before,” he explained.
Undeterred, Michelle went on to admit that she is “very invested in Brian’s love life.”
Brian responded to this bizarre comment by awkwardly saying that he “appreciated” this.

Obama Divorce Rumors
It’s strange that Michelle would choose now to publicly ruminate on what she would do if she were “single.” Indeed, she and her husband have spent the past few months being plagued by rumors that they are divorcing.
These divorce rumors escalated in a big way back in January, when Michelle skipped both the funeral of Jimmy Carter and the inauguration of Donald Trump. She was the only living former First Lady to miss both of these events, raising some serious eyebrows in the process.
“I have been hearing this rumor that the Obamas are getting a divorce by reputable people,” political commentator Meghan McCain said on reporter Tara Palmeri’s podcast back in January. “I’m not talking about TMZ, I’m not talking about Perez Hilton, although I love him, he’s my friend.”
“I’m talking about like very serious journalists telling me that they’re hearing that the Obama divorce rumors are true,” she added.
“We’ve heard that for a long time,” replied Tara, who has long covered Washington politics. “Like I just heard that they live separate lives.”

Michelle Allegedly ‘Really Dislikes’ Barack
Michelle and Craig launched their IMO podcast back in March. Since then, listeners have noticed that Michelle uses this podcast to bash Barack seemingly every chance she gets. This has only added fuel to the rumors that the Obamas truly are living “separate lives” as they allegedly head for divorce.
Last month, the former Fox News host Tucker Carlson claimed that Michelle “really dislikes her husband, and it’s super obvious.”
“I’m not just saying that to be catty,” Tucker explained. “I think I’m trying to feel compassion for her but her hostility toward the guy is unbelievable.”
Tucker’s fellow Fox News host Megyn Kelly was quick to agree. She pointed out that “everything Michelle says about her husband is negative.”
“I almost never say negative things about Doug,” Megyn added, referring to her own husband Doug Brunt. “He’s not perfect but when I think about him, I don’t immediately go to whatever is negative. I go to what’s positive and what I love about him.”

While Barack has stayed silent about the divorce rumors, Michelle has tried to shoot them down multiple times. However, the evidence appears to only continue to mount that they’re divorcing.
Many feel that Michelle was openly flirting with Brian on her podcast yesterday. This will do nothing to help shut down her divorce rumors. It will also only add credence to the claims that Michelle “really dislikes her husband.”
Only time will tell if the Obamas’ 33-year marriage is actually able to survive this!
