Meghan Markle, the wife of Prince Harry, was left humiliated this week when she was called out for playing the “victim” by the comedian Tim Dillon.

Unlike many entertainers, Tim isn’t afraid to call Meghan out. He explained why this is in a new interview.

Meghan Called Out For Playing The ‘Victim’

“I think it’s just that she came to prominence at a time when there was a real cultural cachet to being a victim,” Tim, 40, told Fox News. “And I thought it was a very funny way to be a victim, and she found a way to be a victim while living in a castle.”

“And I always found that very funny,” he added. “I think she’s a great comedic actress. I think that there was real currency in being a victim when she rose to prominence, and she became a victim living in a castle married to a prince with the royal wedding, and I thought that was very funny.”‘

“It’s hard to pull it off,” Tim continued. “She did it, to her credit. You know, most people that you know were putting out that they were victims during that era were, to their credit, not members of the royal family.”

Tim went on to talk about the influence that he feels that Meghan, 43, has over Harry, 40.

“Harry seems like he’s kind of been led around and he kind of doesn’t know what’s going on,” he said. “It’s probably all an adventure for him, right?”

Meghan’s Popularity Hits All-Time Low

This comes one month after we reported that Meghan’s popularity had hit an all-time low in the United Kingdom. This YouGov poll found that just 20% of U.K. adults had a favorable view of Meghan. Meanwhile, a staggering 65% of U.K. adults had a negative view of her.

In another interview, Tim expressed his belief that Meghan’s public approval rating actually doesn’t mean that much to her.

“Right now, I think part of it is just being famous whether you’re liked or hated,” he stated. “I don’t know if it matters if people like or hate you. It’s like, obviously, you don’t want to be hated. I guess some people don’t want to, but I don’t think she really cares. She doesn’t seem to care.”

Tim then argued that Meghan also wouldn’t care if she saw one of his podcast videos criticizing her.

“If somebody showed her a clip of me probably, and she goes, ‘Who cares? [Expletive] fat idiots,'” he speculated.

Tim even joked that Meghan’s apparent disregard for whether she’s liked or hated has actually made him appreciate her more.

“I like her now. I think she’s won me over,” he quipped. “To me, the best thing in the world is somebody who goes, ‘Oh, you hate me? Good. You’ll really hate this.’ It gives you nowhere to go. Yeah, you just have nowhere to go now.”

Meghan And Harry’s History

Meghan and Harry married in 2018. Just two years later, in early 2020, they stepped down as senior royals. The couple then moved across the world to Southern California, where they remain to this day.

In the years since then, Meghan and Harry have bashed the royal family seemingly every chance they’ve gotten. They’ve done so in books, interviews, podcasts, and documentaries.

Whether you like Meghan or not, you can’t deny that she’s certainly profited off being a “victim.” Given how unpopular she currently is with the public, however, she might want to find another card to play.

In the end, it seems that the public may have finally had enough with Meghan’s perpetual victimhood!
