Last week, we reported that yet another top staffer of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s had quit.

Indeed, Emily Robinson quit her job as the Sussexes’ director of communications. She had been in the role for only four months. It’s been reported that she’s the 23rd staffer to quit working for Meghan and Harry since 2018.

Now, insiders are claiming that Harry “hates” how Meghan treats their staffers. This is reportedly “causing tension” at home for the couple.

Harry Finds This ‘Embarrassing’

“Losing staff at this rate is not normal, anyone can see that,” an insider told The Star. “Publicly, Harry has got her back, but obviously this is getting very embarrassing.”

“Meghan’s always denying that she’s the problem. But at some point it’s impossible to ignore that she’s the common denominator in all of these disastrous working relationships,” the source continued. “A lot of people are saying she needs to take a long, hard look at the way she’s treating her staff. Because too many talented and well-respected people are walking away.”

The source went on to say that this has been particularly hard on Harry because he “hates drama.

“He wishes she’d take some constructive criticism so they can avoid this going forward,” the insider concluded.

Meanwhile, sources close to Robinson, who previously worked for Netflix, have expressed their surprise that she quit.

“It was her decision. She left a few weeks ago,” a source told Daily Mail. “She’s not a quitter, so things must have been pretty horrible for her to go.”

Royal Experts Sound Off

This comes as royal experts are warning that the optics of yet another Sussex staffer quitting are not good.

“This most recent departure simply adds to the ongoing instability and brand confusion within the couple’s discombobulated operations,” royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News.

“It’s a clear indication that Meghan Markle’s ambition to reshape her public image with a polished team is failing,” she continued. “The optics are ghastly as it really enforces the negative image of chaotic brand control, at best, as well as Meghan’s dwindling influence.”

Fordwich argued that it’s uncommon for a communications director to leave such a high-profile position after less than a year.

“Communications directors simply don’t leave such a high-profile, global PR role after merely a few months,” she explained. “Such departures are rare and imply either chronic personal incompatibility or some sort of strategic disagreement regarding strategy or image development.”

Meghan Allegedly A Nightmare To Work For

Royal expert Kinsey Schofield of YouTube’s “Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered” was quick to agree.

“There is growing evidence to support the rumors that Meghan Markle struggles to follow the direction of her advisors,” she claimed.

“Former staff tell me that she appears receptive to advice, acts as if she will execute it in the way that it has been presented, and then does the complete opposite,” Schofield added. “Meghan blames the media and public for misinterpreting or misunderstanding her. It’s an exhausting cycle, and for many who have worked with her, ultimately an unsustainable one.”

Meghan has been plagued for years by rumors that she mistreats her staff. She has long tried to deny this. However, the high turnover rate among her team certainly indicates that the rumors may be true after all.

As a British royal, Harry was raised to treat those who work for him with respect. Indeed, the British royal family is known to treat many of their staffers like family. That’s why it’s not hard to believe that he’s both humiliated and appalled by his own wife treating their employees poorly.

Should Meghan not change her ways, we wouldn’t be surprised if Harry decides that it might be better to cut his losses and leave her. Only time will tell if their marriage survives this!
