Kris Jenner has admitted she turned to weight‑loss injections in a bid to slim down — but says Ozempic left her so ill she couldn’t function.
Sick on Ozempic

The Kardashians’ matriarch, 70, opened up on the SHE MD podcast, confessing she tried the drug long before it became a Hollywood trend.
She said, “I did not do, like, an Ozempic. I tried it. We tried it once when no one knew what it was and it made me really sick.”
“I can’t work anymore. I can’t. I’m so sick. I can’t, like nauseous.”
Kris said her doctor immediately pulled her off the medication and began exploring alternatives.
She said, “She goes: ‘Okay, okay. Let’s try something else’ … [We] dialed around and looked at different options.”
The reality star revealed she eventually switched to a peptide injection paired with supplements such as fish oils and omega‑3s — and the results were far better.
She explained, “I realized that a peptide injection was really great for me. And then I follow it up with supplements. And that was a game changer.”
Kris added that the new routine even gives her “an extra couple hours at night” because she no longer crashes from exhaustion as early.
Jenner’s Facelift

Jenner also credited her 2025 facelift for helping her maintain her youthful look.
She said, “I had a very, well‑known facelift a year ago. So that was helpful.”
Her comments come after she recently hit back at claims she regretted the surgery.
Appearing on Khloé Kardashian’s Khloé in Wonderland podcast, Kris blasted the rumors. “The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I’m really mad at — I’m furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s a flat‑out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I’m obsessed with him.”
Kris previously told Vogue Arabia she chose to go under the knife again 15 years after her first facelift because she wanted to feel like the “best version” of herself.
She said, “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.”
“If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.”
