It’s been six months since Jennifer Lopez finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck after just two years of marriage. Earlier this month, we reported that Jennifer had sent a brutal message to Ben with her new breakup anthem “Wreckage Of You.”
Now, Ben is firing back by shredding Jennifer with one brutal word. This comes after Jennifer shocked the world earlier this week by making a wild sex confession onstage during one of her concerts.
Ben Humiliates Jennifer With 1 Word
Since their divorce was finalized in January, Jennifer, 56, has seemingly been taking jabs at Ben, 52, in her new music. According to those close to Ben, however, he hasn’t been fazed by this at all. Instead, he believes that Jennifer is being “childish,” and he has no intention of letting her antics get to him.
“If this song or any others bash him, what can he do? It’s childish and not something he wants to entertain,” an insider told Daily Mail. “It is something he can’t control, so he isn’t going to let it hurt him and he’s definitely not going to give it life by reacting.”
In “Wreckage of You,” Jennifer sings about how splitting with an unnamed “broken” partner made her “stronger.” Many think that the ‘broken” lyric could be a reference to Ben’s struggles with alcoholism, something he’s been open about.
In this song, Jennifer sings: “Thank you for the scars you left on my heart / For showing me that stars shine brighter in the dark / I won’t fall apart because of who you are / And all your broken parts. Because of you, I am stronger, wiser / Better than I’ve ever been.”
Then in her new song “Up All Night,” Jennifer sings about how she is “living her best life” after getting tired of a man “breaking her down.”
Though Ben finds it “childish” of Jennifer to use their breakup as fodder for her music, he’s also not surprised by this move.
“He’s known her long enough and been given a nod on plenty of her music before so he is more than aware that this was coming,” the insider explained. “He knows that this is something she has to do for herself and for her artistry.'”
Jennifer’s Wild Sex Confession
This comes days after Jennifer shocked the world by making a wild sex confession onstage.
On Monday night, Jennifer was performing at the Lucca Summer Festival in Italy. There, the 55 year-old admitted that her sexual desires in the bedroom have been shifting as of late. Indeed, Jennifer told her fans that she is feeling more “naughty” than ever before when it comes to her sexual exploits.
“I have to be honest with you, sometimes I get in different moods at night. I don’t know about you, but I do — and sometimes I like it hard,” Jennifer began. “Other days, I am feeling a little romantic. You put on candles and soft music. On those days, I like it real slow.”
“But there’s other days . . . maybe because it’s a new kind of time for me, maybe because it’s summertime and it’s hot outside, I feel a little more naughty,” she continued.
Jennifer couldn’t help but laugh as the crowd audibly reacted to what she had to say.
“You ever get that feeling?” she asked them. “Where you feel like being naughty? On those days, I like it real fast.”
This didn’t sit well with the former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, who took to social media to respond.
“So she’s a soft porn star now. Great choices!” Megyn wrote alongside a video of Jennifer’s sexually explicit performance.

Jennifer And Ben’s Split
It’s clear that her split from Ben took a major toll on Jennifer.
Jennifer and Ben met in December of 2001 on the set of their infamous movie Gigli. They became engaged the next year, only to shock fans by calling off their planned wedding in 2003 just days before it was set to take place.
Jennifer and Ben each went on to marry and divorce different people. Ben married Jennifer Garner, an actress best known for starring in the hit TV show Alias, in 2005. They had three children together before they divorced in 2018.
Meanwhile, Jennifer married the singer Marc Anthony, staying with him from 2004 until they divorced in 2014. He’s the father of her twins.
Jennifer and Ben reunited and quickly rekindled their romance in April of 2021. They went on to marry in July of 2022. Sadly, it didn’t take long for their marriage to go off the rails. Jennifer filed for divorce in August of 2024, citing their date of separation as April 26 of that year. Their divorce was finalized in January of 2025.

It appears that after a difficult divorce, Jennifer has spent much of this year trying to blow off some steam. While it’s unlikely that she’ll ever comment on it publicly, we can’t imagine that she’s very happy about Ben branding her as “childish.”
Here’s hoping that Jennifer and Ben can put this messy split behind them and move on with their lives. Only time will tell where they go romantically from here!
