Now, however, Lopez is being hit with a damning accusation about this wardrobe malfunction. Indeed, Lopez definitely won’t be happy about this one.
Lopez’s Wardrobe Malfunction
While performing in Warsaw, Poland last Friday, days after her 56th birthday, Lopez was seemingly horrified when her outfit fell apart onstage. While Lopez was thanking her fans for coming to her show, a glittery skirt that she was wearing randomly snapped off her body. Lopez looked visibly horrified as she desperately tried to cover herself after the skirt fell to the floor of the stage.
Though she was initially thrown off by the wardrobe malfunction, Lopez managed to quickly compose herself. She shrugged off the unfortunate wardrobe malfunction by flashing a huge smile as she strutted around the stage with her arms in the air. Lopez even did a little spin as the crowd cheered her on.
“I’m out here in my underwear,” Lopez said with a laugh as a dancer grabbed the skirt and tried to put it back on her. “That’s gonna be everywhere.”
“I’m glad that they reinforced that costume,” she later added. “And I’m glad I had underwear on. I don’t usually wear underwear.”

Lopez Hit With Damning Accusation
Now, however, Lopez is being accused of staging this wardrobe malfunction. Indeed, a source close to the situation is alleging that the wardrobe malfunction was actually pre-planned.
“It was a stunt,” the insider claimed. “The skirt unfastened like Velcro. The dancer ‘fumbled’ with it. The band launched into ‘Happy Birthday.’ No way that wasn’t choreographed.”
The source went on to suggest that Lopez staged the wardrobe malfunction in the hopes of distracting the public from her failed marriage to the Hollywood star Ben Affleck. They finalized their divorce in January after just two years of marriage.
“With her abs on full display, no one’s talking about her marriage anymore,” the insider concluded. “That’s PR genius.”
Lopez’s Shocking Sex Confession
Lopez may also have been trying to distract the public from the backlash that she was receiving for a sex confession that she made onstage during a performance days before.
Four days prior to her wardrobe malfunction, Lopez was performing at the Lucca Summer Festival in Italy. There, she admitted that her sexual desires in the bedroom have been shifting as of late. Indeed, Lopez told her fans that she is feeling more “naughty” than ever before when it comes to her sexual exploits.
“I have to be honest with you, sometimes I get in different moods at night. I don’t know about you, but I do — and sometimes I like it hard,” Lopez began. “Other days, I am feeling a little romantic. You put on candles and soft music. On those days, I like it real slow.”
“But there’s other days . . . maybe because it’s a new kind of time for me, maybe because it’s summertime and it’s hot outside, I feel a little more naughty,” she continued.
Lopez couldn’t help but laugh as the crowd audibly reacted to what she had to say.
“You ever get that feeling?” she asked them. “Where you feel like being naughty? On those days, I like it real fast.”
This didn’t sit well with the former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, who took to social media to respond.
“So she’s a soft porn star now. Great choices!” Kelly wrote alongside a video of Lopez’s sexually explicit performance.
Perhaps Lopez subscribes to the notion that “no publicity is bad publicity.” While there’s no specific proof that Lopez staged her wardrobe malfunction, it sure did succeed in distracting everyone from both her divorce and her sex confession.
This all just goes to show that it’s no wonder that Lopez has had such longevity in the entertainment world. In the end, Jennifer Lopez certainly seems to know exactly what she’s doing!
