We previously reported that the legendary former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan died last month. He passed away on July 24 at age 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Now, insiders are claiming that in his final days, Hulk tearfully begged for forgiveness in a call with his estranged daughter Brooke after not speaking to her for the final two years of his life.
Hulk Begged For Forgiveness
Hulk allegedly spoke with Brooke, 37, on the phone just five days before his death. Thankfully, the father and daughter were reportedly able to make peace during this brief call.
“It was a tearful conversation, albeit a short one,” one insider told The National Enquirer. “Brooke told her dad how much she loved him, how much she missed him.”
“Hulk said he loved her, and he was sorry. That was huge for Brooke to hear,” the source continued. “Everyone knew how stubborn Hulk could be, but his fading health obviously softened him up. He knew he was dying and begged her forgiveness.”
Brooke Sounds Off
Five days after Hulk’s death, Brooke took to Instagram to post a lengthy tribute to her father.
“My father and I never ‘fought,’” she wrote. “It was a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand.”
“My father was confiding in me about issues weighing on his heart, both personal and business,” Brooke continued. “I offered to be a life raft in whatever capacity he needed. I told him he had my support…I begged him to rest, to take care of himself.”
Prior to their final phone call, Brooke and Hulk had not spoken since September of 2023. This was when he married his third wife Sky Daily, who he was still with at the time of his passing.

Brooke Cut Out Of Hulk’s Will
After Hulk’s death, it was revealed that Brooke will not receive a dime of her father’s $25 million fortune Sources told TMZ that Brooke asked to be removed from Hulk’s will in 2023 because she “didn’t trust a single person around him.” Brooke reportedly didn’t want to end up in a financial battle after her father’s death. This led her to conclude that opting out of Hulk’s will was her only option.
According to those close to Brooke, she believes that she spent years trying to protect her father from people that she felt were trying to take advantage of him. After years of fighting with Hulk about this, however, Brooke finally contacted his financial manager and had herself removed from the will two years ago.
“Brooke’s saddened he didn’t trust her to have his back. But bottom line, she’s never been about money, and won’t be getting any from his estate … and she’s totally okay with it,” TMZ reported.

Brooke’s ‘World Is Forever Changed’
Brooke concluded her emotional social media tribute to her father by indicating that while she will miss him dearly, she is at peace with where they left things.
“All I ever wanted from my father was love, honesty and a deep connection,” Brooke wrote. “And for a few special years, I had that — with memories that will last a lifetime.”
“My world is forever changed,” she concluded. “But I’m deeply blessed with a loving husband and two beautiful children who remind me every day of life’s greatest gifts. I’m deeply grateful for the love, tributes, and memorials from his fans and friends. His life was one worth celebrating — and always will be.”

While it’s devastating that Hulk and Brooke were estranged in his final years, we’re glad that they appear to have made peace before he passed away.
