Last week, we reported that Jennifer Lopez abruptly cut an autograph session short after she was questioned about her past ties to her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was arrested on sex trafficking charges back in September. Now, Elon Musk is calling out Lopez for not warning others about Diddy’s alleged crimes.

Musk Rips Lopez

While being interviewed by Joe Rogan on Monday, Musk was asked about Lopez’s recent endorsement of the failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris. Musk cited Lopez’s history with Diddy, who she dated from 1999 until 2001, as a reason why voters should not listen to her.

“JLo was like his ex-girlfriend and it’s like now deciding she’s like warning people against [Donald] Trump,” said Musk, 53. “How many people did she warn against Diddy, right? Oh zero, OK.”

“Maybe we shouldn’t trust her opinion,” he added.

Musk went on to say that he doesn’t buy that Lopez and other musicians didn’t know what Diddy was doing.

“People in the music entertainment industry had to know that Diddy was like abusing, you know, kids basically and yet they still fed him kids,” he continued. “Like, where’s the accountability? They had to know.”

Obviously, Diddy is innocent until proven guilty.

Lopez And Diddy’s History

Lopez and Diddy dated from 1999 until 2001. During this time, they were seen as one of the biggest power couples in Hollywood.

“And we broke up many times before that, and got back together and broke up again, and nobody knew about it,” Lopez later said about the relationship. “It was very tempestuous. Towards the end it was emotionally exhausting. It was good that I was young.”

Lopez and Diddy never married. However, Lopez has said that Diddy would often refer to their relationship as a marriage, asking for a “divorce” many times.

“He told me many times, ‘I want a divorce,'” Lopez said in 2001. “I would be away a lot, or he would… he couldn’t go far, whatever, but he would say, ‘So, where do I send the paper?'”

Lopez Confronted Over Diddy

Last week, Lopez was leaving a screening of her new movie Unstoppable during the AFI Fest in Los Angeles when she stopped to sign autographs. As Lopez signed the autographs, she was approached by a woman.

“J-Lo, do you have any comments about Diddy and the allegations?” the woman asked.

Lopez looked up towards the fan with a serious expression on her face. She then immediately stopped signing autographs and walked out the door with her security detail. Fans yelled after her “don’t leave,” but that’s exactly what she did.

Diddy’s Arrest

Diddy was arrested on September 16. The authorities think that Diddy ran a criminal enterprise through his businesses. These businesses include Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global, among others. An unsealed indictment alleges that Diddy used “firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse” to fulfill his desires.

Diddy has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn ever since his arrest. Due to the seriousness of the charges against him, Diddy has been denied bail.

If convicted on all charges, Diddy is facing a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in prison. Diddy has pled not guilty, and his trial date has been set for May 5.

Lopez has yet to speak out publicly about Diddy’s arrest. It will certainly be interesting to see if Lopez and other celebrities end up being implicated in Diddy’s alleged crimes!
