Love seems to be in the air for Dr. Dre after he was spotted holding hands with Michelle Saniei, who is 30 years his junior.

New Romance

The 61-year-old hip hop mogul has been single since his 24-year marriage to Nicole Young came to an end in March 2020, but it seems he has moved on after he was seen on a date with The Valley star.

According to online gossip account Deux Moi, Dre – whose real name is Andre Young – was walking in Malibu with the 31-year-old reality star. This was after they enjoyed a meal together at the exclusive eatery Nobu.

Dre – who has Truice, 28, and Truly, 24, with Nicole and six children from other relationships – wore a black tracksuit. Michelle wore a mini sweater dress with a long leather jacket and a gold necklace.

Saniei’s Divorce

Meanwhile, Michelle has a daughter, Isabella, with Jesse Lally, her co-star on The Valley. She split from him ahead of the premiere of the first episode of the Bravo series.

She previously explained the situation on the When Reality Hits podcast. “We filmed [The Valley] last summer and we finished filming in September [2023].

“I had the conversation with Jesse at the beginning of October that it was no longer going to work and I wanted to file for divorce. Jesse and I have actually not been together since October and since then we were free to date and do whatever we want.”

The real estate agent then dated Aaron Nosleer until July 2025, while her ex-husband moved on with Lacy Nicole.

Dre’s divorce proved to be costly for him as he had to hand over $100 million to Nicole. It was more than one-fifth of his fortune and approximately half of his liquid assets.

He had to pay $50 million at the time the settlement was agreed upon, in December 2021. The other half would be paid after 12 months.

As for the assets, Nicole got to hold onto a Rolls-Royce, Range Rover, Escalade limousine, Spyder motorcycle, and her jewelry. However, she was told to leave her Malibu abode.

As for Dre, he maintained the rights to his master recordings, Apple stocks, and sales of Beats by Dre.

The Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics founder recently admitted he had hoped his divorce would be “classy and fair”.

But, despite his intentions for an amicable break-up, the record producer was forced to cut off all communication with his former spouse. She “falsely” accused him of abusing her.

According to a declaration filed in court by Dre – who was fighting Nicole’s request for more than $4 million to pay her legal fees, the I Need a Doctor hitmaker told his ex-wife he “did not want to turn it into an expensive fight.”

And Dre’s last text to Nicole, which was sent in early August 2020, ended with him saying: “Let’s keep it friendly and peaceful. Over and Out. I love you.”

But days later, Dr. Dre alleged Nicole falsely accused him of abuse during their marriage in legal documents.

He stated, “This is a complete lie. Nicole is now also trying to get out of our Premarital Agreement by claiming that I supposedly forced her to sign the Premarital Agreement. This too is false.”
