Beyoncé kicked off her Cowboy Carter tour last night with a performance at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately for her, however, it didn’t take long for her concert to descend into chaos as a massive brawl broke out in the VIP lounge.

Brawl Breaks Out At Beyoncé Concert

Video that has quickly gone viral shows a group of women, all dressed in denim and cowboy attire, exchanging some fiery words with one another in the VIP lounge. Things quickly get physical among the women, and before long, an all-out brawl has broken out.

One of the women, who was wearing white cowboy boots, tried to get away from the others. It was then that another woman attacked her, knocking her cowboy hat off of her head.

Another female tried to get between them to put an end to the fight, but she didn’t succeed. Instead, the woman who knocked the cowboy hat off charged another female Beyoncé fan, knocking her to the ground. When this woman tried to get back on her feet, she was immediately pushed down again.

Three other women proceeded to join the fight as another female was knocked to the ground. A man eventually got between the women to try and intervene.

Meanwhile, other concertgoers looked on helplessly at the violent scene.

“I’m mad,” a woman could be heard saying as she watched the brawl. Another could be heard asking, “What’s going on?!”

“Another show after the Beyoncé show,” a man responds.

“She assaulted her,” a different man says as the women taking part in the brawl get up and walks away. It is unclear if any arrests were made in this situation, but it certainly does not appear that there were.

Beyoncé Struggles To Sell Cowboy Carter Tickets

This brawl was the last thing Beyoncé needed, as she was already having a difficult Monday. She was humiliated when hours before her first Cowboy Carter concert, it was reported that there were more than 3,000 seats still available at SoFi Stadium. This was confirmed through seating maps from Ticketmaster.

An insider claimed to Daily Mail that resellers, who buy large amounts of concert tickets before reselling them to fans for exorbitant prices, were largely to blame for this. The source went on to allege that Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z were still hopeful because they were “expecting more of her fans to buy tickets today and in the coming days if resale gets cheaper.”

Making matters even worse for Beyoncé, social media users compared the prices of her resale tickets, some of which were as low as $20, to the price of the limited edition Minecraft Movie Big Mac Meals from McDonald’s. Indeed, these meals are being sold for around the same price.

“Due to its low demand, Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour tickets ($20) are now cheaper than a McDonald’s Minecraft meal ($21.39),” read one viral social media post.

Fans May Not Like Beyoncé’s Country Album

While some are blaming resellers for Beyoncé’s low ticket sales, others think that fans simply aren’t interested in her country album.

“While I’m a Beyoncé fan, I personally don’t enjoy Cowboy Carter as much as her other albums,” one fan told The London Times. “So I just decided not to get a ticket.”

“Nobody cares about cowgirl version of Beyoncé,” a social media user boldly declared. Another wrote, “This country album should’ve been a donation based concert.”

In the end, the brawl that broke out at Beyoncé’s first Cowboy Carter concert might just say it all. Only time will tell if Beyoncé is able to turn this tour around!
