What is the Off Campus Series About?
The Off Campus series is written by Elle Kennedy. Spread across five novels, the series follows an elite ice hockey team and the women in their lives as they all deal with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery amid transitioning into adulthood. The fifth novel is a collection of stories about all four couples in the prior novels.
Season one of the series, based on the first book, The Deal, features the unlikely romance between Hannah Wells (Ella Bright), a hockey-hating music major, and star center Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli).
Khobe Clarke’s Role
Khobe Clake will play Beau Maxwell in the series. Maxwell plays for the not-as-successful football team at Briar University as the quarterback. He is also best friends with one of Blair’s hockey stars, Dean Di Laurentis.
The younger brother of Broadway star Joanna Maxwell, Beau fits in with several social groups, from jocks to frat guys and even artsy kids. While he is not one of the romantic leads in the books, Beau is an integral character who appears more in subsequent books after the first novel.
Beau’s place in the books is as a representation of college life at Briar University, managing social lives, sports, and finding a personal identity.

All About Khobe Clarke
Clarke is a Canadian actor from Calgary, Alberta. He started in stage productions at Calgary Academy and then moved into television and screen roles.
He has appeared in several notable shows, including Kyle in Yellowjackets, Coop in Firefly Lane, and starred in V.C. Andrews’ Dawn miniseries. Clarke also appeared in Amazon’s TV series Cruel Intentions as Scott, a recruit in a fraternity.
The actor has had an adventurous life on and off screen, and should be able to portray Beau’s multifaceted personality well.
Other Actors in the Off Campus Series
Clarke isn’t the only actor signed up for the series. Amazon already has several series regulars slated for the show, many of which would take turns as a lead in subsequent seasons.
These include Antion Cipriano (as Logan from The Mistake), Jalen Thomas Brooks (as Tucker from Book #4, The Goal), and Stephen Kalyn (as Dean from Book #3, The Score). Other series regulars include Mika Abdalla and Josh Heuston.
