Pop legend Britney Spears has finally divorced her third husband Hesam “Sam” Asghari after they were separated for nine months.
The marriage only lasted 14 months, but now Spears is more free to focus on making positive changes to her life
Spears Is Doing Well Financially
Now, Spears, 42, and the 30-year-old Special Ops: Lioness actor are just waiting on a judge to sign off on their agreement.
Sam and his legal team decided not to contest the prenuptial agreement, a bulwark that protects Spears’ reported $60 million worth.
Daily Mail reported, “The Hold Me Closer hitmaker was rumored to have ‘cheated’ on the Iranian-born muscleman with a ‘staff member’ at her $11.8M Calabasas mansion, and he was once spotted with a black eye and bite marks on his arm amid domestic abuse allegations.”
“News that the former lovebirds settled their divorce comes after the pop star had to pay an undisclosed portion of her father Jamie Spears and his former lawyers’ legal fees,” The Mail continued. “Britney wasn’t awarded anything in the settlement over the conservatorship with her father, and was said to be in a bigger financial hole than before.”

A source close to Britney said, “The case was resolved, to Britney’s credit and at her request, to disentangle her from the probate court system. She wanted to avoid the circus and spectacle of a trial.”
Spears’ father has accused his daughter of using stall tactics to draw out the case, according to legal filings.
Jamie Spears was the conservator of his daughter for thirteen years until that ended in 2021.

Spears alleged that she suffered abuse during that time. She and her father have avoided going to trial and settled.
According to a source who spoke to Daily Mail, Spears is not in “serious danger of going broke.”
“Britney shut off her Instagram account temporarily to take a break and spend time with her friends after settling the legal battle with her father Jamie,” the source said. “She did what was in her best interests to be done with him forever and she couldn’t be happier.”
“No one is fearing for Britney and she is far from going broke,” the source added.
