Britney Spears Admits She’s ‘Having A Hard Time Understanding English’ As Fears Grow For Her

Fears are growing for the wellbeing of the singer Britney Spears after she admitted that she’s “having a hard time understanding English” in a truly bizarre Instagram post.

Spears Struggling With ‘Understanding English’

The New York Post reported that Spears, 42, took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a lengthy summary of her recent beach vacation in which she admitted that she’s having trouble understanding her native language.

“Since I changed my name to XILA I actually am having a hard time understanding English,” Spears wrote.

Last month, Spears changed her name on Instagram to Xila Maria River Red, offering no explanation as to why she did so. She had previously changed her social media name to Maria River Red back in July, never explaining why she did that either.

In her post on Wednesday, Spears claimed that she wants to open up about her struggles, but she believes they’re “too offensive to share.”

“There are a lot of other things that happened on this trip that I’m not sharing as well,” she explained. “Nothing is what it seems sometimes!!! I portray that everything is completely perfect but trust me I’ve been through it as well and I would share those struggles but they are too offensive to share.”

“It would make other people extremely sad and honestly there’s not a damn thing I can do about it,” Spears added. “So just know my life is not as perfect as it seems … and remember my beautiful friends you’re not alone.”

Fans Support Spears

Fans tried to offer Spears support in the comments section on her post, according to Page Six.

“Britney, I’ve loved you since the day I found out about you when I was 11 years old (in 1998),” one fan wrote. “I’m so sorry all the shit you had to go through … I wish you nothing but the best and look forward to many more years of your playful, silly, and beautiful antics!”

“We love you. We fought for your freedom,” another fan added. “We stand with you while you work thru your trauma.”

Spears was freed from a conservatorship back in 2021 after thirteen years of being under it. Afterwards, she blamed her father Jamie, who controlled her conservatorship, “for the abuses and trauma he caused.”

In her 2023 memoir “The Woman In Me,” Spears wrote that Jamie was “put on the earth for no other reason than to help their cash flow” after it was revealed in court filings that he paid himself $6 million in his role as Spears’ conservator.

Spears Gets ‘Naked In The Water’

Daily Mail reported that during her recent tropical vacation, Spears shared multiple photos of herself to social media, including one in which she was completely naked. She later explained that her favorite part about the vacation was being “naked in the water.”

“My favorite part of my trip is being naked in the water!!!” she wrote. “I saw two crabs walking with shells on there [sic] backs!!! My friend picked up one and I screamed!!! The only fish I saw were extremely small… while clear baby fish swam with them in the shallow end!!!”

It’s easy to see why fans are worried about Spears right now, as some of her recent behavior simply can’t be explained. Please pray for Spears as she continues to navigate her newfound freedom from her conservatorship.
