Whoopi Goldberg Passes The Most Gas On ‘The View,’ Co-Host Sunny Hostin Says

Whoopi Goldberg has been accused of passing the most gas on the set of “The View” by her co-host Sunny Hostin.

While appearing on “Watch What Happens Live” last week, Hostin played a game of “Who Gon’ Check Me, View?” During this game, she had to answer questions about her co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro and Alyssa Farah Griffin.

“Who’s the most guilty of making shady comments under her breath?” host Andy Cohen asked, with Hostin replying, “It’s a tie between Ana and Joy.”

“Who is not a morning person?” he asked.

“Me,” she responded.

“Who is the most generous gift-giver?” Cohen asked, with Hostin answering, “Oh, it’s Whoopi.”

“Who’s the most likely to pick up the cheque if you go out to dinner?” he questioned, Hostin replied once again with, “Whoopi.”

“Who do you disagree with the most?” Cohen asked. The answer again was, “Whoopi.”

“Who actually passes the most gas on set?” Cohen then asked, and Hostin did not hesitate to reply, “Whoopi!”

Goldberg Accused Of Farting On ‘The View’

This is far from the first time that Goldberg’s flatulence has made headlines. Back in March, Daily Mail reported that disturbing video of the alleged fart shows Goldberg being thrown off her talking points by something that appears to be physical.

“That was gas,” she confessed afterwards.

Social media exploded with users losing their minds over what they had just witnessed.

“Wait did Whoopi just fart on national tv #TheView,” one person tweeted, with another adding, “Ughhh!!! Spare me. Wait! Did Whoopi just pass gas?”

“That was gas!” a third user wrote in agreement with Goldberg.

Others, however, claimed that the “gas” with a burp rather than a fart.

“She burped. They are soooo loud and talking over each other,” someone commented.

‘Fart-Gate’

Back in 2014, something that was described as “fart-gate” occurred on “The View.” On that occasion, the women were talking about flu shots when a toot that sounded like a fart came from Goldberg, who rose from her chair and shouted, “Excuse me! Oooh, oooh!”

“There was a sound effect that we had never heard before,” Goldberg explained. “I’m thinking, ‘Damn, that’s weird, what can I do?’ Oh, I know! I’m gonna pretend I let a little something go. As a joke.”

“Some on the internet did not believe the hot air about… hot air,” she added.

The singer Ashanti, who was appearing on “The View” as a guest that morning, replied by saying, “that’s the flu shot, that’s what it does to you!”

Calls For Goldberg To Be Fired

This comes at a difficult time for Goldberg, as calls are continuing to come in for her to be fired for repeatedly saying that the Holocaust was not about race. At the time of this writing, a Change.org petition has garnered over 47,000 signatures from people demanding that ABC cut ties with Goldberg.

“Whoopi has made numerous remarks about race that have ruffled feathers,” the petition states. “But her most recent comment attacking victims of the holocaust and the entire Jewish community are disgusting. Apologies are not enough when it comes to things like this, This can and will not be forgotten.”

“We as Americans demand that she be fired from the daytime tv show ‘The View’ for her repulsive verbiage and actions,” it continues.

Goldberg has shown on numerous occasions that she has absolutely no class, and her issue with flatulence only serves as more proof of that. We can only hope that ABC executives eventually decide that Goldberg stinks too much to keep around!
