Candace Cameron Bure Reveals ‘Full House’ Cast Is Still Close – ‘Nothing Gets In Between All Of Us’

It’s been 28 years since the beloved sitcom “Full House” went off the air, but Candace Cameron Bure wants the world to know that the cast is still just as close as ever! 

‘Full House’ Cast Still Close

Cameron Bure, 46, was interviewed with her former “Full House” co-star Dave Coulier at ’90s Con over the weekend, and they opened up about how close the cast of the show remains to this day.

“We text each other a lot and stay connected, but I think it was Bob’s (Saget) memorial,” Coulier told Entertainment Tonight of the last time the group was together. “For all of us together.”

Cameron Bure chimed in to add, “But Dave doesn’t live in California anymore. So, we all see each other more often than we get to see Dave. But we were all together at Jodie’s wedding. And Andrea (Barber) and I, we just kinda hang out all the time. I was with John (Stamos) and Lori (Loughlin) , just last month. We had a dinner with Kelly (Rizzo).”

‘We Just All Bonded’

Coulier, 63, explained that the cast had chemistry from the very first day on the set.

“I think you either just have that chemistry or you don’t, and we had that from day one,” Coulier said. “We just all bonded. I knew Bob from the stand-up days, so we were already friends. I met Bob when I was 18 years old at a club in Detroit. John and I became instant buddies. And the kids…”

“And you guys were amazing grown adults that were very welcoming to embrace us as kids and hang out,” Cameron Bure interjected. “Dave took me to the circus when I was 12. He took me to my first hockey game. And this is all off the set. So, they were just like real uncles, real dads, real friends. And that just built over time.”

Cameron Bure went on to say that the cast of “Full House” remains a family. 

“When we say we’re family, we mean it. I mean, we’re family to the core,” she said. “We’re each other’s ride or dies. Nothing gets in between all of us.”

“And we bicker, and we say stuff to each other, just like family,” Coulier added, with Cameron Bure agreeing by saying, “The love’s always there.”

Coulier Wants ‘Full House’ Reboot

While at ’90s Con, Coulier expressed his desire for a reboot of “Full House,” according to People Magazine. 

“I would love to do ‘Fullest House,’ where maybe it’s like all of us as adults, and we’re kind of like the ‘Friends’ cast where we sit around and talk, and we share moments, and we keep Bob’s legacy alive,” Coulier said, with Cameron Bure adding, “We’re doing that right now.”

Coulier went on to praise his fellow “Full House” cast members. 

“They’re so much fun. I can’t tell you how much we laugh. We just laugh and love each other,” Coulier said. “The days fly by, and you don’t want them to end because we have so much love for each other and so much fun. You either have that chemistry or you don’t. It’s pretty amazing.”

“Full House” is one of the most beloved sitcoms ever, so it’s nice to see that the cast is still close all these years later. God bless them for continuing to stand by each other, and we hope that they continue to do so for many years to come!
