Nikita Krylov fell ill Saturday and his main event fight at UFC Fight Night with Ryan Spann was scrapped.

The two were set to headline from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas live on ESPN+. Instead, middleweights Andre Muniz and Brendan Allen took the top billing.

In the third round, Allen locked in a rear-naked choke to secure the win, moving to 21-5 overall. The victory was his fourth consecutive, with both this fight and the win over Krzysztof Jotko earning him “Performance of the Night” bonuses.

The co-main event saw Augusto Sakai best Don’Tale Mayes, while Tatiana Suarez returned with a second round submission. Suarez, an Ultimate Fighter winner, had not competed since 2019.

With the win, she improved to 9-0 in her career, with each of the last six wins coming in the UFC.

Mike Malott opened the main card with a submission of Yohan Lainesse, while Trevor Peek, Jasmine Jasudavicius, Jordan Leavitt, Ode Osbourne, Joe Solecki and Nurulio Aliev were all prelim winners.
