Sean Strickland has accepted a main event fight this Saturday night at UFC Fight Night.

Strickland will replace Kelvin Gastelum, who suffered an injury. He will face Nassourdine Imavov in a light heavyweight contest.

Strickland takes the bout after losing in 2022 on the final card of the year via split decision to Jared Cannonier. He is looking to snap a two-fight losing streak, having also been bested by current champion Alex Pereira.

This will mark his second consecutive main event fight.

Imavov has won his last three, topping Joaquin Buckley, Edmen Shahbazyan and Ian Heinish.

Saturday’s fight card also features Dan Ige vs. Damon Jackson and Umar Nurmagomedov vs. Raoni Barcelos.
