Bella Twins Lash Out At WWE, Mark Briscoe Breaks Silence

The Bella Twins hopped on Instagram Live after the RAW is XXX show went off the air this week. The two WWE Hall of Famers would lash out at the company for a very interesting reason. Why is that? WNZ has the full story below.

Brie and Nikki took a shot at the WWE after RAW as they felt the company’s female stars didn’t get the respect they deserved during the special commemorating 30 years of the Red brand. They were quick to point out there were no stars from the women’s evolution profiled.

The Twins felt that the women’s evolution wasn’t highlighted because Mercedes Mone, also once known as Sasha Banks in the WWE, was a major part of it all. Fans can take a look at a snippet of the Live, above.

Nikki mentioned that Mercedes was ‘too over’ that the WWE couldn’t say her name. Meanwhile, Brie pointed out that there are former WWE stars the company doesn’t want to show on TV, like Raya (Saraya).

Women’s wrestling was seemingly snubbed a bit last night. Should the #GiveDivasAChance come back on Twitter?

The Bellas were advertised to appear on RAW is XXX. Current superstar Bayley even teased a confrontation with the duo.

However, they did not end up on the show when all was said and done. In fact, their last WWE appearance was at WrestleMania 37, when the Twins were inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Sadly, Alundra Blayze was the only female legend on the special last night. She participated in a backstage poker tournament.

In addition, the steel cage match between Bayley and Becky Lynch was a bit of a bust when it was called off due to interference from Dakota Kai and IYO SKY. Reports reveal this match was cut short because other segments ran too long.

In other news, the wrestling world continues to mourn the loss of Jay Briscoe. His brother and tag team partner recently broke his silence.

Mark Briscoe Breaks Silence

Jay tragically passed away during a terrible car collision. According to the Delaware State Police, another driver drove into the center line and hit Briscoe’s car, head-on.

While the investigation into the car accident continues, both of Jay’s daughters struggled in the hospital with severe injuries. The good news is that they are making progress with their recovery.

For many reasons, his brother Mark has remained silent about Jay’s passing. However, he recently provided some comments to fans.

A family friend, Josh Warton, recently released a statement from Mark on his Facebook Live. The full video is down below.

Mark’s Faith Is Keeping Him Strong

During the live, Wharton notes that Mark answered his phone in good spirits. The one thing that stuck out to Briscoe, is that he can’t imagine going through something like this as a non-believer.

Briscoe notes that “our time” here on earth is a minor “glimpse in existence”. Mark says that he will see his brother again.

Mark Briscoe is going through a lot, but it looks like he’s holding strong through his faith. WNZ continues to send best wishes to Jay’s daughters on the recovery front, and support to the entire Briscoe family during this difficult time.
