Renee Paquette parted ways with the WWE back in 2020 after FOX’s Backstage was canceled. A new report reveals that they may have wanted her back, but she turned them down.

Renee Paquette Turned WWE Down

Since leaving the WWE in August 2020, Renee’s been a busy bee. She began a podcast The Sessions with Renee Paquette in 2021.

Born Canadian, she officially became an American citizen in March 2021. Then in May, she released a cookbook titled, Mess in the Kitchen: My Guide to Eating Deliciously, Hosting Fabulously, and Sipping Copiously.

With that said, her most reward post-WWE project had to have been the birth of the daughter she shares with Jon Moxley. Nora Murphy Good was born on June 15, 2021.

A report recently indicates that WWE reached out to Renee. The discussion focused on a return to  “shake up” the WWE announce teams.

Renee Paquette Got An Offer From the WWE & Turned It Down

As per a Sports Illustrated article, Dave Meltzer notes that Paquette turned the WWE’s offer down. There is also speculation that Paquette could be heading to AEW.

Renee originally signed with the WWE in the fall of 2012. Her first appearance was during the Survivor Series that year, co-hosting along with Scott Stanford.

She would move on to become a backstage interviewer at NXT, then SmackDown, and RAW. In September 2019, Paquette joined the RAW commentary full-time, becoming the first permanent female on the panel for that brand.

Will Renee join her hubby and become All Elite? Only time will tell.

Meanwhile, Logan Paul is very busy right now training for the Crown Jewel event, taking place Saturday, November 5th. But who is helping him train?

Who’s Training Logan Paul?

According to PW Insider, Drew Gulak and Shane Helms are currently training Paul for his match with Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel. There’s a possibility that others are helping, but Gulak and Helms have been mentioned the most.

Logan is set to face the Head of the Table for the WWE Universal Championship. The event is taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Logan Paul’s History With The WWE

Paul is well known for his YouTube channel, fleeting boxing career, and brother Jake, who’s also a controversial YouTuber. He’s had quite an interesting history with the WWE.

Logan made a few appearances on WWE programming in 2021. He was Sami Zayn’s guest on SmackDown in April of that year, and Zayn later invited him to sit ringside for his WrestleMania 37 match against Kevin Owens.

He also showed up to the Blue brand in September of that year, where he helped Happy Corbin attack Owens on The KO show. In addition, Logan was The Miz’s tag partner for WM 38 when the duo faced Dominik and Rey Mysterio.

Of course, Miz would attack Logan after they won the match. Paul then signed a contract with the WWE in June 2022 and faced him at this year’s SummerSlam event.

Logan won the match and would appear on the September 16th edition of SmackDown to challenge Roman Reigns. The following day, it was announced that Logan would get a title shot when he faced the Tribal Chief at Crown Jewel.
