(SPOILERS) Clash At The Castle Preview
The WWE returns to the United Kingdom with a loaded card that is heavy on story and light on filler. Here's our preview of Clash At The Castle
The WWE heads to the United Kingdom for the first time since 2003 for their first big-time live event 2003. Clash At The Castle will take place at Principality Stadium (Stadiwm Principality) in Cardiff, Wales.
Info On Cardiff, Wales
Cardiff (Caerdydd) is Wales’s government and cultural capital, a part of the United Kingdom. It is WWE’s first premium live event in Wales. Principality Stadium is the official stadium of Wales and home of the Wales National Rugby Union squad. The Welsh national soccer team played there until 2009, when they moved to the adjacent Cardiff City Stadium. Clash will be the first stadium event in the United Kingdom since the 1992 SummerSlam at Wembley Stadium.
It’s been 30 years since @WWE‘s last major UK stadium event.

Veterans versus the new blood as Priest, Balor, and Rhea Ripley continue their campaign against the legends. The wildcard here will be Rhea Ripley and her role in the match. She has been torturing Dominik for the last few weeks.

I think Ripley and Dominik square off during the match before Dom joins them. They’ve been teasing it too much.
Wild card. ⚖️ https://t.co/tDLZN8nr04

Prediction: Judgement Day wins, and Dominik joins up.
Gunther vs. Sheamus for the United States Title.
BIG BOYS WITH A BIG FIGHT. I think this will be a hard-hitter as two of the stiffest guys in WWE go head to head.
Look out for a bruiser of a match straight out of Mortal Kombat.

Prediction: Gunther wins. Fatality.
Matt Riddle vs. Seth Rollins
Just watch this video. It is all you need to know. This will be a brawl that I hope turns No-DQ.

Prediction: Riddle might actually beat up Rollins for real.
Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka vs. Bayley, Dakota Kai, and Iyo Skye.
This match is building towards Bayley challenging Belair for the title. This will be a fun match, though Kai & Skye losing the Tag title finals took a bit of steam out for me.

Prediction: Bayley pins Alexa Bliss.
Liv Morgan vs. Shayna Baszler for the SmackDown Women’s Title
Baszler is angling for a match against her former training partner Ronda Rousey, and it seems like Liv Morgan is just in the way. I wonder if Liv can pull off the upset.

Prediction: Liv with another upset.
Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre for the WWE Universal Title
Roman Reigns is on another level. He is unbeaten in almost two years and doesn’t seem to be letting up. However, if anyone could do it, why not Drew McIntyre? The Scottish star carried the WWE during the lockdown era and did a solid job. But again, is Roman beatable? If Drew can beat him, then who can? There are no indications Reigns will lose to shenanigans or betrayal, so Drew might have to beat him the old-fashioned way.
Prediction: Drew shocks the world.
