Many fans can notice the change in both WWE creative and television since Vince McMahon stepped down and Triple H has taken the lead. While there has been a plethora of unexpected superstar returns already, a new report hints at more “surprises” coming from HHH.

More “Surprises” Coming From Triple H

From Dakota Kai to Karrion Kross, Braun Strowman, and Johnny Gargano, there has been much excitement around surprise WWE comebacks. Sounds like there’s more to come.

There’s currently a buzz that Sasha Banks, Naomi, and Bray Wyatt are all expected to return to the WWE, soon. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, HHH has many “other surprises” he’s working on for fans, outside the above three superstars.

There was no elaboration on exactly who Trips was thinking about bringing to the WWE roster. No information was provided on whether or not these talents would be former WWE superstars, either.

Exactly What “Surprises” Are Coming From Triple H?

HHH is clearly working overtime to ensure that fans are engaged with the WWE brand and creating hype on television. As a former talent himself, he knows this business all too well.

So, who will return or be brought into the WWE fold in the near future, by Triple H? Only time will tell!

Over to the land of AEW, Jeff Hardy has been absent from the promotion since June due to yet another DUI arrest. What’s his status with the company, now?

Jeff Hardy’s AEW Status

As the most recent Wrestler Observer Newsletter, Jeff Hardy is expected to complete rehab shortly. Fans should see him back in an AEW ring, very soon.

No timeline was offered in the report. However, the fact that there’s news he could be back in action is a good sign.

A “New” Jeff Hardy On The Horizon

In fact, his brother Matt recently teased a “new Jeff” during his most recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy. He hinted at his brother’s possible wrestling return while chatting with Wardlow.

Matt and Wardlow talked about the potential of winning the AEW World Trio titles with Jeff. During that talk, Hardy states it would be “pretty exciting” and that “we’re getting close” to meeting a “new Jeff”.

Matt would also state that he’s “excited” because he feels his brother’s mentality is that Jeff knows he has to do what’s right and make a change. Hardy states he feels his brother is at a point where he will do just that this time.

He also reveals during his talk with Wardlow that he’s excited to have him (Jeff) back. He also says that teaming up with his brother and Wardlow would be “fun”.

Jeff’s last AEW match was earlier this year at Double or Nothing. He and Matt teamed up to beat The Young Bucks.

On June 13th of this year, Jeff was arrested for his third DUI. Tony Khan suspended him from the promotion, without pay, due to this.

Khan made it crystal clear that the only way Hardy could return to the company was after successfully completing rehab and maintaining sobriety. Interestingly enough, he was referenced during Dynamite this week, too.
