Like many of us, Dame Joan Collins of “Dynasty” fame has had enough of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s nonsense, and she doesn’t care if the entire world knows it!

Collins Sounds Off

Daily Mail reported that as Meghan and Harry prepared to make their first appearance in the United Kingdom since Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee back in June, Collins was asked about them while appearing on “Good Morning Britain” to promote her new movie musical Tomorrow Morning. When asked if she had any comments to make about the “other Duchesses,” the 89-year-old star sarcastically replied, “Who could that be? I have no idea.”

“Do we need to give any of them more oxygen?” she proceeded to ask hosts Martin Lewis and Susanna Reid.

Reid then asked Collins about the singer Mariah Carey recently calling Meghan a “diva” on an episode of her podcast.

“She’s over at the moment,” Reid said of Meghan. “She took exception to being called a diva by Mariah Carey.”

“Oh really?” Collins replied. “I think it’s rather nice to be called a diva, now and again. I mean, it’s supposed to be a compliment.”

Meghan Gets Called A ‘Diva’

Meghan had been shocked when Carey called her a diva, admitting that the remark made her “sweat” and “stopped her in her tracks.” She also said that the comment left her worried about the “nonsense” Carey may have read about her.

Carey later took to Twitter to clarify that she had meant this to be a compliment.

“Really enjoyed talking to Duchess and Diva Meghan Markle about ‘The Duality of Diva,'” Carey wrote alongside a link to the podcast. “Yes! I called her a diva, in the most fabulous, gorgeous, and empowering meaning of the word!!! #Archetypes.”

This isn’t the first time Collins has implied that she’s not fans of Meghan and Harry’s.

“What do you make of what’s going on with the British royal family now with Meghan and Harry, the feud with William and Charles?” Piers Morgan asked Collins last year, as reported by Newsweek.

“My lips are sealed on that subject,” she replied. “I just don’t want to go on national TV and say what I feel about Meghan and Harry because look what happened to you!”

Collins was seemingly alluding to Morgan losing his job on “Good Morning Britain” after daring to question Meghan’s claim that life as a royal left her feeling suicidal.

Meghan’s Speech

Fox News reported that, later in the day on Monday, Meghan served as a keynote speaker at the One Young World Summit in Manchester, which she attended with Harry.

“It’s very nice to be back in the U.K.,” Meghan said to kick off her speech.

In it, Meghan opened up about how her view of the world has changed since becoming a mother to her two young children.

“My world view had expanded exponentially seeing the global community, through the eyes of my child,” she said. “And I would ask, ‘What is this world he would come to adopt and what can we do, what can I do, to make it better?’ I’m thrilled that my husband is able to join me here this time.”

Many will certainly be able to relate to how Collins feels about Meghan and Harry. For two people who claimed that they were leaving the royal family because they wanted privacy, they certainly seem to crave constant attention!
