It’s been rumored that Braun Strowman could make a WWE return soon. The buzz has been that his name was thrown around backstage and Triple H was considering it. A new report confirms that the Monster Among Men is making a comeback and offers a timeline around it all.
According to PW Insider, Braun Strowman is, in fact, returning to the WWE. In fact, he’s slated for this week’s Monday Night RAW, in Kansas City.
As per the report, multiple WWE sources have confirmed Strowman’s return on RAW. Will he make a surprise comeback at the Clash of the Castle pay-per-view (PPV)?
Many fans were shocked last June when Strowman was released for the WWE. After all, he had just held the Universal Championship mere months before he was fired.
Yes, he was released due to budget cuts, but as a popular superstar, it still didn’t make a ton of sense. Strowman hit the indie circuit shortly after.
He didn’t do many matches during his time away. He also mainly worked for a promotion called Control Your Narrative.
During his tenure with the WWE, Braun had solid runs as Universal Champion and Intercontinental Champion. He also held the RAW Tag Titles twice, was Mr. Money in the Bank in 2018, plus, won the WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble, and the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in 2019.
What’s next for Braun? Sounds like Trips may have big plans for him.
In more WWE news, sounds like the main roster will get more shakeups soon. Will this affect the Bloodline stable?
There’s quite a shuffle going on within the NXT, RAW, and SmackDown brands. There has been a slew of superstar returns, plus some main roster call-ups.
In any business, it’s not what you know, but whom you know. Family connections can always help any career.
As such, PW Insider is reporting that Solo Sikoa’s main roster call-up is expected to happen ASAP. He’s also expected to join Friday Night SmackDown.
As part of the Anoa’i family, it’s only natural to speculate that he’d be joining older brothers Jimmy and Jey Uso, as well as his cousin Roman Reigns. The report implies that his call-up could happen as soon as the end of September.
At the age of 29, it seems as if Solo is on a road to wrestling success. Sure, it helps that he has family ties.
But the report also notes that everything Solo has done has “hit the mark” so far. Plus, his work in NXT was very well praised.
Solo debuted in NXT on the November 2nd show in 2021. Since then, he’s been a part of many high-profile matches.
He’s also been given a number of shots at the NXT North American Championship. This young superstar has a bright future ahead in the WWE.
What does Triple H have in store for Solo and will he join his family on the Blue brand? Only time will tell!
