Comedian Bill Burr Calls Out Feminists For Failing The WNBA

Bill Burr is one of the few comedians out there who is not afraid to target the woke left with his jokes. He showed that once again in his new Netflix special when he called out feminists for failing the WNBA.

‘Look At The WNBA’

In his Netflix special “Bill Burr: Live at Red Rocks,” which dropped on the streaming platform on Tuesday, Burr discussed the state of professional women’s sports in the United States.

“Look at the WNBA: they have been playing in front of 300 to 400 people a night for a quarter of a century,” Burr said, according to BroBible. “Not to mention, it’s a male-subsidized league. We gave you a league and none of you showed up.”

“Where are all the feminists?” he added. “That place should be packed with feminists — faces painted, wearing jerseys, going f—ing nuts like the guys do! None of you went to the f—ing games. You failed them. Not me. Not men — women failed the WNBA. Ladies, name your top five WNBA players of all time. Name five WNBA teams. Name the WNBA team in your city. You can’t do it!”

Burr On Kardashians And ‘Real Housewives’

Burr went on to say that female-driven media empires such as the Kardashians and “Real Housewives” are successful because that is where their attentions lie.

“Meanwhile, you look at the Kardashians: they’re making billions,” Burr said. “You look at those ‘Real Housewives’ shows, they’re making money hand over fist! Because that’s what women are watching and the money listens. The money listens. You’d rather watch that s–t, Real Housewives, just a bunch of women tearing each other down.”

“That’s the message you send: we’d rather watch that than a bunch of women come together as a team and try to achieve a common goal,” he continued. “We’d rather watch them absolutely f—ing destroy each other! And then, in the end, you come back and you yell at f—ing guys.”

Burr’s Message To His Haters

Burr will undoubtedly get backlash for these remarks, but he’s made it clear in the past that he doesn’t give a hoot if people have an issue with his comedy. Back in December, Burr said that anyone who is offended by his jokes simply should not come to his shows.

“I’m not saying I’ve never made mistakes,” he said at the time, according to Daily Caller. “There’s times I’ve, you know, pissed someone off and made somebody cry, and if they come up and they have a legitimate thing, then I’ll apologize to them. But, I’m not apologizing to a bunch of f**king people because I told a joke they weren’t at. I told a joke at a show you weren’t at. How is that my fault?”

In a world where most comedians are far too afraid about being “canceled” to actually be funny anymore, Burr’s attitude is refreshing! If only we had more comedians in the world who were as daring as him.

James Conrad

James Conrad’s passion for politics is only overshadowed by his longstanding interest in Hollywood. His unique perspective as a gay conservative fuels him to challenge celebrity views and those who think they have a right to tell anyone how to think or vote. James proudly wields his minority point of view to combat identity politics and cut through his typecast. Fun fact: James’ guilty pleasure is the British royal family.
