Britt Baker Vs Saha Banks

Britt Baker is a major star in AEW. She got over organically with the fans and they cheer her, despite being a heel.

The former AEW Women’s Champion has a big test this tonight. She is one win away from becoming the winner of the first ever Owen Hart Tournament.

Although, she is already looking towards the future. Like many, she has heard the news about Sasha Banks and Namoi. 

Basically, both walked out of RAW last week and left their tag titles. They were stripped of the belts, suspended and their future in WWE is uncertain.

Many are blaming the entire situation on Banks. But, that does not matter to Baker.

In an interview with Forbes, Baker expressed interest in wrestling Banks.

“Since it’s a pretty hot topic right now, I’m going to say Sasha Banks,” said Baker. “I think she is one of the top draws in all of WWE.” 

“She’s such a superstar and such a good wrestler. So, she’s definitely somebody that I would love to wrestle.”

First, Banks need out of her WWE contract. She has been on rocky terms with WWE before, so might be released soon.

If Banks is done in WWE, I feel AEW would love to sign “The Boss.” Also, Baker vs Banks would be a first and should draw a good amount of attention.

Charlotte Flair & Andrade Married (Photos)

On Friday, Charlotte Flair and Andrade El Idolo made it official by saying ‘I do.’ Now, the couple is married.

The ceremony took place in Mexico’s Hacienda Mi Ranchito in Torreón. It is the hometown of Andrade, so there was meaning behind the location. 

We do not know which wrestlers were present, but some of the names are available because of pictures uploaded. Lina Fanene (Nia Jax), Apollo Crews, Rey Mysterio and Finn Balor were spotted in attendance.

People.com noted how Ric Flair walked his daughter down the aisle. We are glad he found time as he prepares for one final match.

Charlotte had eight bridesmaid. They included her sisters, sister-in-law, and Andrade’s sister.

As for Andrade, he apparently has a bunch of uncles. All of his groomsmen were uncles.

Charlotte was written off TV earlier in the month at WrestleMania Backlash. Ronda Rousey defeated Flair in an I Quit Match to became the new SmackDown Women’s Champion.

At the event, Rousey wrapped Flair’s arm in a chair. Then, she proceeded to secure her signature armbar.

WWE later announced Flair suffered a “fracture of the radius” and would be out indefinitely. That was done to write her off TV.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds headed to Costa Rica. There is no word on when either will return to their respective companies of WWE and AEW.
