Meghan Markle’s Half-Sister Samantha Slams Prince Harry

Samantha Markle, the estranged half-sister of Meghan Markle, is speaking out this week to slam Prince Harry after he outrageously claimed that his main goal is to make sure that his grandmother Queen Elizabeth is “protected.”

Harry’s Comments About The Queen

Harry made this comment in an interview with “Today” show host Hoda Kotb, telling her that he flew to the United Kingdom last week to meet with the Queen so that he could ensure that “she’s protected and got the right people around her.”

Samantha Fires Back

Samantha, however, was not having any of it.

“Well you know Harry came out and said he just wants to protect the Queen, well that’s like sitting there lighting the fuse of a cannonball and saying ”wait, okay, incoming, I am lighting this cannonball here it comes, but I am protecting you,'” Samantha said, according to Daily Mail. 

“It doesn’t work that way, it is such hypocrisy and the action’s don’t speak as loudly as the words, the works speak loudly but the actions don’t, it’s just terrible,” she added. 

Television host Nick Ferrari then asked Samantha what she thought about the claims that negative reactions to Meghan were because of her skin color, and that there was a “racist element” at play. 

“I think that came out, that was definitely PR that came out in defense of some of her actions that she was being called on because that only started when there was a lot of controversy about lavish spending and lies and things going wrong,” Samantha replied.

‘I Don’t Buy It’

“You don’t buy it, Samantha?” Ferrari asked, to which she responded, “I don’t buy it. I think when they were held to, being accountable for their own actions, suddenly the decoy was the race card.”

“That’s my opinion, that’s the way I feel because only then was it brought up,” she continued. “It wasn’t brought up when there was a $40 million wedding and a lovely choir and the fab four running around with wind blowing in my sister’s hair and great pictures.”

Meghan has been estranged from Samantha and the rest of the Markle side of her family since before her 2018 wedding to Harry. Despite moving back to her home state of California, where her father and half-sister also reside, Meghan is believed to have not had any contact with them.

Many others took issue with Harry saying that his goal is to protect the Queen since he has spent much of the past few years bashing the royal family with his wife every chance he gets. Regardless of how you feel about Samantha, it’s hard not to agree with her on this one.
