Hollywood icon Joan Collins of “Dynasty” fame is speaking out this week to blast the “morons” who are behind cancel culture.
Collins, 88, explained that she avoids social media because she is so disgusted by cancel culture, as she feels anything posted online can be misconstrued or taken out of context.
“People can’t say what they think, because they’ll get canceled,” she said, according to Fox News. “Dredging up tweets from 15 years ago, about what somebody might have said when they were 14, I think that’s sick.”
“I don’t want to engage in any way, shape or form with these morons,” Collins continued.

Collins had made similar comments to Daily Mail earlier this month.
“The thing is you can’t say anything these days without being canceled,” she lamented. “What am I allowed to say?”
As she pointed to a floral arrangement on a table, Collins added, “Am I allowed to say, ‘These orchids are fake’? Because they are.”
“Well, forget it!” she stated “I’m not kow-towing to cancel culture. Can’t say this, can’t say that. I’m like my father [the late theatrical agent Joe Collins] in that regard. Non-diplomatic. I think it’s a Gemini thing.”
In her latest interview, Collins slammed attempts by society to cancel the historic import of World War II-era British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, explaining that she “hates the way they are disavowing Churchill, who saved us, saved us from the Nazis.”
“I was too young at the time to realize, but they were on our doorstep,” Collins continued. “If it hadn’t been for Churchill, we would all be walking around with swastikas.”
Collins also had some choice words for the “woke” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, making it clear that she’s had enough of them.
“I think they’ve had enough oxygen in the press,” she said bluntly when asked about them.
Collins then defended the British television personality Piers Morgan, who lost his job at “Good Morning Britain” rather than apologize to Meghan on-air for criticizing her controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey that aired earlier this year.
“He’s more interesting than any of them,” Collins griped.

The woke mob is out of control and there are millions of people all over the world are just as frustrated with it.
In order for this cancel culture trend to end, we need more celebrities to speak out against it just like Joan Collins did.
Given the fact that doing so puts celebrities at risk of cancellation themselves, however, it’s unlikely that will happen.
