On Saturday night, former double-champion Conor McGregor will be in the biggest fight of his MMA career.

McGregor and Dustin Poirier are set to headline UFC 264 from Las Vegas and the T-Mobile Arena live on pay-per-view.

The bout is the third meeting between the two, with each holding a victory over the other. Back at UFC 178 in 2014, it was McGregor stopping Poirier inside of the first round.

In the rematch this past January, Poirier earned a matter of revenge, finishing McGregor in the second round.

Will this one make it past the 10-minute mark? How about the five-minute mark?

We will soon find out.

Either way, though, it is going to be the biggest fight of the career of “Notorious” in regards to fighting inside the Octagon.

McGregor faces a tough challenge, more so in terms of the mental fact of getting over Poirier and besting him this time around.

A second consecutive loss would all but kill any buzz he has as a contender to the UFC belt. Sure, his name would still carry plenty of weight with it, but McGregor would be looking at two years without a win if he doesn’t compete again in 2021.

Will we see a return of the old “Mystic Mac” on Saturday night? Or does Poirier have the answer to any question McGregor presents?
