British television personality Piers Morgan mocked supermodel Chrissy Teigen’s desperate attempt to save herself from cancelation for her cyberbullying scandal.

Teigen, 35, took to social media earlier this week to share a lengthy post she wrote in which she talked about the “VERY humbling few weeks” that she’s faced and offered her apologies to anyone she may have hurt. This came after she was accused of bullying various figures like Courtney Stodden and Lindsey Lohan online.

Morgan Sounds Off

Piers Morgan, however, was not having any of it.

“How hollow this sanctimonious tirade looks now as the nasty, vile truth about Chrissy Teigen has finally emerged to paint a very different picture from the self-righteous, virtuous plinth of moral perfection she wrapped herself around for years as America’s celebrity Canceller-in-Chief,” Morgan wrote in a piece for Daily Mail

Morgan then reminded the world that Teigen once encouraged people not to give their business to Equinox and SoulCycle after the owner held a fund-raising event for Donald Trump. She often targeted former President Trump on Twitter.

“That was how Teigen saw herself, and how she wanted the world to see herself – as a superior moral being, someone who epitomizes the very best kind of human values,” he continued, adding that her form of online activism is “all an act.”

He points out that she fuels “cancel culture,” and that now she’s “getting cancelled” since she’s “worse than any of the people you trolled, and yes, I include Donald Trump in that.”

He Remembers How Cruel Her Messages Were

Morgan brought up quite a few of her vicious messages:

She ridiculed transsexual contestants on America’s Next Top Model: ‘God. Can we just come out and call the freaking show America’s next top tr***y because this s**t has been tr***tastic for the past five years.’

When Mariah Carey announced she was having twins, Teigen cruelly shamed her: ‘why is anyone surprised mariah is having twins? I was always pretty positive there were 2-15 babies growing inside of her.’

But her very worst comment came when she made fun of Lindsay Lohan attempting to commit suicide: ‘lindsay adds a few more slits to her wrists when she sees emma stone.’

“It was, as I said at the time, a clear case of one cancel culture rule for the woke brigade and another for everyone us,” he wrote.

“If it had been a conservative celebrity who had spewed such repulsive attacks on women, Chrissy Teigen would have led the charge for that person to be shamed, vilified and cancelled,” Morgan added. “But instead of being cancelled, Teigen just carried on abusing people on Twitter.”

He then denounced her as a “professional social media troll.”

Morgan Recalls His Own Experience With Teigen

Not stopping there, Morgan recalled being targeted by Teigen in 2016 when he criticized an essay written by the “Friends” alum Jennifer Aniston about body positivity.

Teigen did not take kindly to what Morgan wrote about Aniston. The two shared barbs via Twitter.

Her tweets have been deleted but here’s how it started.

“@piersmorgan saw your piece on Jennifer Aniston. Why do you ALWAYS take the road of being the piece of s–t a–hole?”

“particularly with women and people of color. tell me it’s just for clicks?? Please tell me you aren’t TRULY this vile.”

He asked her if she’d even read his article and she responded:

“unfortunately, I read it,” the mom of one continued of Morgan’s column. “I’m not so much a diva as I am a person who slows down at car crashes, apparently.”

He wrote back:

The two continued sparring, so as you can see, Morgan does have first-hand dealings with Teigen on Twitter.

Teigen Tries To Save Herself

Now, she’s looking for redemption.

A source said that Teigen is desperate to save herself from being cancelled. She wants a Meghan Markle-style interview with Oprah Winfrey.

“Chrissy is in talks with Oprah to do a Meghan Markle sit-down type interview and tell her truth,” the insider alleged to the “Naughty But Nice” podcast. “Chrissy is a fighter and believes that she is such an excellent communicator that there isn’t a mess she can’t talk her way out of!”

Teigen has led the charge to cancel many people. Now, she’s getting a taste of her own medicine.
