Florida will not host SummerSlam and Money in the Bank, as WWE has two locations set further west. Also, Tony Khan was told to make AEW Dynamite 3 hours by some big shots.
SummerSlam & Money In The Bank Locations
For well over a year, almost all WWE shows have come from the Performance Center or the ThunderDome. Basically, Florida has become home to WWE due to COVID.
Yes, that did slightly change last month with WrestleMania 37. Both nights came from Florida’s Raymond James Stadium with fans it attendance.
Now, WWE is pushing forward with fans. They have several events planned starting in July that will see fans able to attend.
As for pay per views, Sports Illustrated was able to confirm SummerSlam and Money In The Bank will not take place in Florida, but fans will be present.
I think edge be back before money in the bank or summerslam.

Currently, Money in the Bank is set for July 18 from Texas. No word what on what city will host the event.
Typically, Money in the Bank would have already happened, but WWE moved things around. Therefore, Hell in a Cell will take place much earlier this year.
As for SummerSlam, that will see WWE head to Nevada. While no city was confirmed, the general belief is the MGM Grand Garden Arena, T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium are in the running; with the last arena being an outdoors venue.
Unlike most of the United States, Texas and Nevada have lax rules when it comes to mask and social distancing.
As for the rest of the pay per views in 2021, WWE has not made any official announcements. WWE returns to pay per view on June 20 out of the ThunderDome in Florida.
Slowly, but surely, WWE is getting back into their normal routine. But, it seems any shows with fans will be limited to only a few sates until more restrictions are lifted.
Dynamite To 3 Hours?

It has been a busy week for AEW. We learned they are moving Dynamite to TBS starting January 2022 and some new shows are also coming.
Some of the new additions will see another show called AEW: Rampage, which be treated like Dynamite. And, four annual TV specials are also part of the deal.
AEW President Tony Khan recently spoke on Busted Open Radio. He provided some details on the big changes coming and spoke about WarnerMedia.
“It’s great for everybody here, it’s big news,” said Kahn. “We knew that another show was coming this year.”
Apparently, WarnerMedia requested that Dynamite be three hours. Khan stood his ground to keep the the Wednesday show at two hours.
“I’ve been saying it for a long time that we were going to add another night, one hour. I didn’t want to do three hours of Dynamite.”
“They (WarnerMedia) asked at one point if I wanted to do three hours of Dynamite. It came up about doing a third hour and I said I really believed in doing it on another night.”
In a short time, AEW continues to grow. The extra TV time is great considering they have so much talent.
And, keep the show at two hours is probably the best. RAW went to three hours years ago, but they usually lose viewers during the final 60 minutes.
