UFC 260

The second time was the charm for Francis Ngannou at UFC 260 Saturday night.

Ngannou knocked out Stipe Miocic in the second round of their heavyweight championship rematch, claiming the title live on pay-per-view.

Less than a minute into the round, Ngannou caught Miocic coming in with a sharp left, buckling the champion and sending him to the canvas.

The event took place live from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

In the co-main event, Vicente Luque locked in a submission on former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, earning a first round victory.

Sean O’Malley stopped Thomas Almeida, Miranda Maverick bested Gillian Robertson and Jamie Mullarkey knocked out Khama Worthy on the main card.

ALonzo Menifield, Abubakar Nurmagomedov, Michal Oleksiejczuk, Omar Morales and Marc-Andre Barriault were also winners.

Woodley and Luque were named “Fight of the Night” with “Performance of the Night” bonuses going to Ngannou and O’Malley.
