WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has a training routine that would put most men to shame. Despite being 75-years-old, the chairman can hang with almost every gym rat.

Vince McMahon works out every day and even has a strict diet. His training routine also takes place under the guidance of Michael A. Monteforte.

WWE superstar Big E recently talked about his boss’ training regimen.

“He has a personal trainer and this poor guy. We have these long drives, pre-pandemic, and we’ll get in around two or three in the morning and his personal trainer has been standing outside the whole time waiting for him because he’ll come in and work out after shows and after long drives.”

Sheamus also talked about Vince McMahon’s routine.

“The guy’s a machine, mate. I’ve heard stories of him squatting nearly 700 pounds, which I can’t do. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to squat 700 pounds!”

“He’s insane in the gym, he’ll train sometimes at two o’clock in the morning.”

Chris Jericho called Vince McMahon ‘The Real Terminator.’

Trainer Posts Vince McMahon Workout Video

the trainer posted a video on his social media account showing Vince McMahon’s regimen.

As stated by Big E, the trainer travels around with Vince McMahon. This ensures the chairman can get his workout in no matter where he is.

Vince McMahon’s workouts help to keep him sharp. Of course, this is definitely needed for the coming months, considering some of the issues the company has been facing.

A number of WWE superstars have requested their release over the past couple of years. More recently, the company also lost a major talent in the form of Andrade

Andrade Cien Almas was a big talent in NXT, but never got full support on the main roster. The star eventually got fed up with the company and requested his release recently.

According to Andrade, Triple H helped to secure his release from the WWE. Considering the talent of the wrestler in question, he could become serious competition if he heads to AEW.

Of course, Vince McMahon also had to deal with new rival promotion All Elite Wrestling. Since its founding, AEW managed to acquire several major WWE stars.

One of the first to join the promotion was none other than Chris Jericho. However, more would soon follow.

More recently, AEW managed to acquire some major stars in the form of Rusev, Sting, Big Show and Christian. Furthermore, AEW also has its own stable of new talent that many people tune in for, this ranges from Jurassic Express to Orange Cassidy and Hangman Adam Page.

With Andrade a free agent, there might be another addition to the AEW roster.

So, Vince McMahon will have to stay as sharp as he can be.
