Candace Cameron Bure hair

Candace Cameron Bure’s fans are used to seeing the actress with her signature blonde hair. She hasn’t strayed far from the color since she was a child starring on the sitcom “Full House.”

That’s why fans were surprised this week when she changed things up by going darker and red!

If you’ve watched any of the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries, you know Bure’s character Aurora “Roe” Teagarden is a redhead. But, if you haven’t seen them yet, it’s sure to be a shock!

Bure Rocks Red Hair

Fans Are Loving Bure’s New Look

Fans could not get over how good Bure’s hair looked in the photo.

“CANDACE, WHY DOES YOUR HAIR ALWAYS LOOKS SO GOOD,” one excited fan commented, with another adding, “Love the red hair! ?❤️.”

“The hair color is fantastic!” a third fan wrote, with a fourth writing, “Love the red color.”

Bure has been dying her hair strawberry red since her first Aurora Teagarden movie came out back in 2015. At the time, the Christian actress opened up to Glamour about how she felt about the change.

“I feel like either Jessica Rabbit or Ariel [from The Little Mermaid],” she said at the time. “I like being a redhead.”

“I feel very bubbly as a blonde, which is natural for me,” Bure added. “But there’s something different about being a redhead. I feel a little more mature with it. I loved it right away, but I think my husband prefers me blonde!”

While Bure has been seen with her hair red at times over the past six years, she always ends up going back to her famous blonde hair eventually.

Bure Stands Up For Hallmark

Recently, Bure stood up to those who think filing Hallmark movies is easy.

“I get that all the time. ‘How hard is it to be in a Hallmark movie?’” she’s said. “Like, ‘Can I be in a Hallmark movie?’ And I’m like, ‘Are you a professional actor?’ ‘No.’ ‘Then no, you cannot.’”

“You can be a background person, they’re called extras,” Bure added. “If you don’t have a speaking part, that’s easy. I can make that happen. If you have a speaking part, then we’re gonna have to make sure you can do the job.”

Regardless of what color her hair is, Bure is definitely one woman that is not to be messed with.

We can’t wait to see her rocking her red hair in her new movie later this year!
