It looks like UFC 259 is going to be a very, stacked card, as it’s being reported that Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling will also fight at the upcoming card.

Yan – Sterling reportedly set for UFC 259

According to a report from MMA Junkie, contracts have been sent to Yan and Sterling to fight at the March 6th card, which has yet to have a location determined.

The bantamweight champ Yan was supposed to fight Sterling at UFC 256 last month. But, the 27-year-old Russian fighter had to drop out due to personal reasons.

Yan (15-1) won the title in July by stopping Jose Aldo and has won 10 straight.

The 31-year-old Sterling (19-3) is coming off a quick, submission win over Cory Sandhagen in June. The American has won five in a row.
