Candace Cameron Bure has become known for being one of the most openly devout Christians in Hollywood, and a deeply committed family woman. Kirk Cameron’s baby sister is an actress who grew up right before the eyes of millions of fans while appearing on the sitcom “Full House” as a child. Now, Candace Cameron Bure is opening up about sex as a married Christian woman.

The Hallmark star of the Aurora Teagarden mysteries caught fans by surprise recently when she talked about her aspirations to be a “hot grandma”.

While there’s no grandbaby on they way, Bure is quite the fitness buff and so we have no doubt that when the time comes she’ll fit the bill perfectly.

But this declaration wasn’t the only surprise up Bure’s sleeves. Now she’s stunning her legion of fans yet again by openly talking about sex, Christianity, and womanhood.

Candace Cameron Bure Gets Candid About Sex

The 44 year-old held nothing back as she talked about the importance of celebrating sex as a Christian woman while appearing on the “Confessions Of A Crappy Christian Podcast,” which is hosted by Blake Guichet.

“[Sex] is something to be celebrated as a Christian,” Bure said.

“Sex doesn’t stop once you get married. Sex is the blessing of marriage and I hate when Christians are like, ‘No! You have to pretend like you’ve never had sex’ and ‘We only know that you’ve had sex three times because you’ve had three children,'” she added.

“So sometimes there’s a skew about sex that — within the Christian community — that I get really sad about,” Bure continued.

“Because if we are to promise ourselves for one another and preach saving yourself for marriage, then sex needs to be celebrated within marriage and it’s not to be shameful.”

Together, Candace Cameron and Valeri Bure are parents to three children: Natasha, 22, Lev, 20, and Maksim, 18.

Since sex education was not discussed when Candace Cameron Bure was a child, she said she “didn’t know anything” about it going into marriage.

“I lived in such a fear of like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m not supposed to be a sexual person because I have to save myself, God is going to think negatively of me if I’m having sex…’” the actress explained.

That’s why as a mother herself, Bure has gone above and beyond to make sure her children would not experience the same thing.

“I probably annoy my kids, again because I have talked about sex with them their whole lives,” Bure said. “I just make it a part of everyday conversation.”

God Bless Her!

Over the past several decades, the liberal media has pushed a narrative that Christians are “prudes” who don’t want to talk about sex or any of the other joys of life.

God bless Candace Cameron Bure for showing the world that being the Christian does not mean you suddenly can’t talk about sex, or any other subject for that matter.
