Earlier this month, former “Cheers” actress Kirstie Alley defied the liberal world of Hollywood to boldly endorse President Donald Trump. Now, Kirstie Alley is unapologetically taking aim at CNN for their COVID coverage.
On Friday morning, the “Look Who’s Talking” star boldly went against the left yet again by blasting CNN for the way it has covered the coronavirus pandemic.
The 69-year-old says that she’s had enough of the constant fear-mongering from the network.

“I decided to watch CNN myself to get a their viewpoint and oh my God DID I EVER!!!! IF YOU TOO WANT TO LIVE IN TERROR WATCH CNN!! FEAR OF DYING IS THEIR MANTRA! OMG.”

This anti-CNN rant earned Alley intense backlash from hateful liberals who can’t stand to see anyone stepping out of line from their leftwing beliefs.
The actress made sure to clarify that she was not trying to belittle the virus itself, and was instead only against the chronic fear-mongering of CNN.
Kirstie Alley Clarifies Her CNN Tweet
“Don’t misinterpret my objection to CHRONIC FEAR MONGERING,WITH ZERO NEW SOLUTIONS TO AVOID THE PLAGUE, as non empathetic,” Alley tweeted.
“That’s a lie spread by Democrats who want to twist my words & make me seem unsympathetic. Chronic FEAR mongering doesn’t help ANYONE physically or mentally.”

CNN Responds
Nevertheless, liberals continued to hurl ruthless attacks at Alley.
The CNN Communications team even felt the need to show how immature they are by responding to her tweet in a way that was clearly meant to humiliate her.
“Kirstie, you are welcome to change the channel – just like countless viewers did every time ‘Veronica’s Closet’ came on TV,” CNN’s tweet read. “But don’t downplay the loss of nearly 230K American lives. And please, wear a mask.”
It seems that ratings are so low on CNN, they can’t help but be “triggered” to hear even one person blast the network!
Lord knows that the Fox News Communications Team has better things to do than respond to a single negative tweet about their network.
Alley Fires Back
Alley, however, was not about to let CNN get the best of her, as she had a response ready for them.
“Meow …if only you paid as much attention to Joe Biden’s alleged corrupt business dealings as a TV show that was rated top ten in 1997….. guess you got that wrong too,” Alley wrote.

The virus is real. But so is the fear-mongering on the left.
Alley has once again shown that she is a strong woman who is not afraid to go against the grain in Hollywood.
Keep telling it like it is, Kirstie, and don’t ever let the liberal haters of the world make you change!
