NBA And MLB Teams Start Unveiling Massive Black Lives Matter Murals

Black Lives Matter appears to have officially taken over the world of pro sports. So far this week, the MLB’s Boston Red Sox and the NBA unveiled massive murals honoring Black Lives Matter. At this rate, it’s just a question of which team is next and how quickly the NFL, NHL, MLS and others decide to jump on the social justice trend.

While the race-baiting left is of course loving this, not everyone is happy about it.

Boston Red Sox Erects Black Lives Matter Mural

The Hill reported that on Wednesday, the Boston Red Sox unveiled a massive 250-foot Black Lives Matter billboard right next to Fenway Park in celebration of the 61st anniversary of Elijah “Pumpsie” Green’s first game as the team’s first Black player.

The billboard is located right behind the legendary stadium, and it faces the Massachusetts Turnpike, meaning that anyone who drives by will see it.

Red Sox Hit With Backlash

Unfortunately for the Red Sox, however, their choice in catering to the radical social justice-obsessed left is already backfiring on them.

“All done now! What the hell does this have to do with baseball? Sports used to be my happy place. You just screwed that up. I’m done!” one social media user commented.

Another user added, “That seals the deal. I am no longer a Red Sox fan. I’ve been a fan since 1972 and a season ticket holder since 1976. I officially will not be renewing my plan next season nor will I watch on tv ever again. Henry is officially the worst owner in history.”

“I have fond memories of going to Fenway since the 70’s. I tried to make one home game per year and I would go often when I lived in Boston,” a third user commented. “Well I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH YOU. I will NEVER buy another ticket or spend one penny supporting the Boston Brown Shirts.”

NBA Submits To Black Lives Matter

This comes days after it was revealed that the NBA painted enormous Black Lives Matter decals on all of the basketball courts in the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex in Orlando, Florida where all of the teams will be playing. It’s also been confirmed that the WNBA will follow suit.

The large Black Lives Matter mural was debuted on Monday by ESPN reporter Malika Andrews, who broke the news on Twitter.

Just like with the Red Sox, however, the NBA is already getting backlash for their submission to Black Lives Matter as well.

“So @NBA supports the Chinese communist government,” one social media user tweeted. “They support a group that in its mission statement pledges to disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement. A group which in its mission statement refers to its members as comrades.I used to love the game.”

No thanks. Done with @NBA that won’t support ALL lives matters, bows to China, in bed with @Nike who uses slave labor,” another user commented. “The NBA and its player only care about money, and they’ll easily sell out America for a Yen.”

These Sports Organizations Are Making A Mistake

Perhaps these sporting organizations should have done some research into the actual Black Lives Matter organization before erecting these murals and decals.

Of course, black lives matter. The problem is that the mission of the Black Lives Matter organization has nothing to do with black lives.

Instead, it is a political organization run by Marxists who want to destroy America as we know it, and they’re using race as their strategy to carry out their goal.

Shame on these sports teams for supporting such an anti-American organization as Black Lives Matter.

James Conrad

James Conrad’s passion for politics is only overshadowed by his longstanding interest in Hollywood. His unique perspective as a gay conservative fuels him to challenge celebrity views and those who think they have a right to tell anyone how to think or vote. James proudly wields his minority point of view to combat identity politics and cut through his typecast. Fun fact: James’ guilty pleasure is the British royal family.
